I had the most horrific experience at this nail salon with the owner (a lady) doing my nails. She kept looking away when she was using an electric buffer on my nails and proceeded to cut a huge chunk of my pinky skin above my nail that bled an extreme amount. The girl that was doing my nails was super rude and wasn't gentle with me at all. She kept pushing my hands to the side and when she was filling my nails it was super painful so I was tense, she kept pinching my hands. Worst waxing service ever !! Very dirty, and unhygienic. Lady reused the same spatula over and over in my bikini area and kept dipping into wax with it ! It was gross to see! She then tried to do my lip waxing with it ! I stopped her, paid and left. Never go here ! Read Less

Very bad service, I went there for a simple thing!! To remove my bio-gel and do a regular mani pedi, she did a clumsy work on my nails she didn't even remove all the bio gel from my nails and when I told her I see some residuals on she said I already polished your nails and didn't care to clean them up!! Soo good - this place is filled with talented nail artists! I've never had s better Shellac job before... Sophie did my nails for me, she safely removed my old colour with acetone soaked cotton, meticulously groomed my cuticles and primed my nails for a new colour... Asked me if I was happy with the length of my nails and offered a rounded or squared shape. She didn't rush anything, even let me take my time selecting a new colour. She left sufficient time between coats to dry and got the shellac right up to my cuticles for a seamless finish. Ended with a quick moisturizing hand massage and rechecked every nail to make sure it met her standards. She must love her job or be a perfectionist! Friendly, hygienic and safe. I'll be a regular here for sure. All for under $35, too!Read Less
