Called in the afternoon to book appointment for 5:30 pm for my daughter and me. They took my daughter right away for her pedicure. I was told to take a seat and wait, which I did with no problem until for if there regulars came and were taken before after I’ve been waiting patiently for 35mins. I decided I had enough called my other daughter to keep me and left without my bio-gel shalica manicure. I’ve never been treated so rudely ever .

When it gets really bus the ladies aren't as gentle as they could be, honestly they should scrap the walk ins and just take appointments, I sometimes end up waiting because of people who walked in.

Do not go here...went the other day just to have polish applied to toes....I think my 6 year old could have put it on better. Very disappointed and so glad I did my own pedicure at home because I cant imagine if I let them cut my nails etc....it would have been a disaster...just stay away from this place! even my 11 year old son said it was a crappy job!!!

I got my manicure and pedicure done from here. I find it to be clean and the workers to be pleasant. I do find they rush the services especially if they are busy. They apply the polish properly but rush the massage and cleaning part of your manicure and pedicure.

Sorry didn't have very good luck here. Went in for a mani/pedi. The girls work hard yes but we had trouble communicating (somewhat poor English) I had to repeat myself or explain or even yank my foot away once, the skin around my toenails was burning after (I think they cut off too much) and the polish (regular not shellac) started peeling in massive chunks not even 48 hours after. It's a nice place close by so it's too bad I won't be going back.

Absolutely horrifying. I left with a huge cut on the back of my heel because the lady who was doing my pedicure was not paying attention. She said she was going to give me $5 off because of the cut and then she did not give me any discount. All I have to say is stay away from this place. Unskilled workers

Called in the afternoon to book appointment for 5:30 pm for my daughter and me. They took my daughter right away for her pedicure. Do not go here...went the other day just to have polish applied to toes....I think my 6 year old could have put it on better. The girls work hard yes but we had trouble communicating (somewhat poor English) I had to repeat myself or explain or even yank my foot away once, the skin around my toenails was burning after (I think they cut off too much) and the polish (regular not shellac) started peeling in massive chunks not even 48 hours after.
