Possibly the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received!! These people are SCAMMERS and LIARS! They give you a price for something BEFORE you get it done and after you finish and go to pay they tell you that it is more than what they told you it was for. Here is my story: One Saturday afternoon I wanted to get my nails and invite my mother to join. I call to make a reservation and ask how much acrylic nails will cost they answered $30. I also asked how much Shellac would be for manicure and pedicure and the lady on the phone told me it would be $60 for both! I said great and I came in. Before we got anything done again I went and asked at the front face to face with one of the staff. Again, she told me the SAME price on the phone. After getting everything done I went to the front to pay and heard the staff telling me that my total was $120 ... not $90 (the price they told me over the phone and IN PERSON it would be for both). I explained to her I was told TWICE that the total would be $90. The Manager started yelling at me (very hostile and plain rude) that they made a mistake and this is what I have to pay. I really needed my nails done... And my nails looked worse after I left. I asked for an airbrush French manicure and she didn't know how to do it (after two failed attempted buffering off the airbrush), so she insisted I get a shellac colour. She filed my nails on my right hand significantly shorter than my left hand and told me that I told her to do it that way because I wanted to keep my nails long. When I left (after almost two hours), she tried to charge me $10 more for shellac (even though I originally wanted airbrush). I can't believe I paid $40 for this hack job, but I just wanted to leave. I used to love this place for a wax and pedicure. However I went in for a Gel refill. I asked for regular gel, not bio gel and they charged me for biogel anyways. There was also a $10 charge because my nails were almond shape, not square. Then an additional $10 charge for a "design" that I let the technician choose that clashed with my nail colour. These additional charges were not told to me before arriving at the cash register. Overall, a gel refill with Shellac and design (normally costs me about $30 at other places) cost over $70. When I contacted the owner about these extra charges, I did not receive a response. Read Less

Excellent Nail Salon and Spa! Great colour selection!! It's better to have an appointment, but I walked in and was taken in immediately. I found the staff to be very skilled and professional. It is a Vietnamese owned facility and Staff, but overall very Friendly unlike some of the other ones I went to. They do have an ATM machine in site. Read Less

I came to this place a while ago and the staff and lady doing my nails was so awkward and had attitude. I didnt enjoy it what so ever. She didnt even help at all with answering my questions and didnt care what i wanted to do. plus she didnt even apply the nail polish properly. my experience was horrible and will never go back here again. I tried too many spas to get my manicure and pedicure because I am really picky, I used to drive to Toronto to get this services done the right way. Until I walked into the paradise Beauty spa and I got the best gel manicure ever. they last forever. Often I have to get a refill because they last so long, not because is need it. The pedicure and eye brow waxing is excellent as well. I have been a regular client for almost 4 years, and the service is spectacular, on time and always with a smile . I highly recommend it.
