Just went here for eyebrow and upperlip waxing. Very friendly staff. The store is clean, has a nice ambiance. I will definitely be back next month.

I have been to dozens of nail salons across southern ontario and I need to say this was the best. They were polite, informative, and very professional. I received a lovely service on my nails, was offered complimentary beverages twice while there, and received a lovely little gift.
Good service is number one, which they provided, but its the little extra touches that make a big difference.
I absolutely will return and will recommend to family and friends.

This place is really trying to redeem themselves. I was leery due to the bad reviews. They were very friendly, she took her time and did a very good job. They gave me a loyalty stamp card as well as a gift in a bag(two nail files, pumice scrub, and buffer)for my first time and she gave me a great deal. Maybe give this place another chance. I'm sure they will accommodate you.

I have been to dozens of nail salons across southern ontario and I need to say this was the best. They were polite, informative, and very professional. I received a lovely service on my nails, was offered complimentary beverages twice while there, and received a lovely little gift.

This place is really trying to redeem themselves. I was leery due to the bad reviews. They were very friendly, she took her time and did a very good job. They gave me a loyalty stamp card as well as a gift in a bag(two nail files, pumice scrub, and buffer)for my first time and she gave me a great deal. Maybe give this place another chance. I'm sure they will accommodate you.
