Great service and friendly staffs!  I believe this place is under new ownership and management! The owners are very professional and care about their customers! Found out that this location is under new management and ownership so decided to give it a try.  I'm writing this review as I finish my pedi while using their free WiFi.  :)  always a plus for any establishment. The new renovations make a big difference to this cute nail spa for the community. The staff were all friendly and helpful,  most importantly had great experience in what they do.  I'm walking out feeling like a million bucks.  Will diffinately come back again.Thank you to my technicians Kelly and Le.Tips: Call for appointments if your in a hurry,  places like this gets pretty full in peek hours. Please don't go here, there are multiple other nail salons for the same price. I had an extremely bad experience with the lady who is apparently the "manager" 1) The place is extremely unsanitary (don't wash between water bowls and don't chage towels before visits)... That was enough to make me annoyed. 2) When I entered with my girlfriend, we had the first appointments. 2 employees, and us 2 girls. Another client walks in, and the 2nd lady takes her... Without any apologies, the lady gets mad when I ask when I will be taken care of... "You should know how it is.". I don't know what that's supposed to mean. I have been going to Luxury Nails once a month, for the past three years - I have my waxing done, and gel overlay on my nails. Jessica is the best wax artist I've ever had - quick and painless! The ladies are always polite; they make small talk if you're interested, or if you want to relax and not talk, they respect that as well. I have never had an issue with the gel on my nails (I have gel put on my natural nail), however, once I cracked the gel overlay (while kick boxing) a couple days after my nails were done, and they repaired it, no problem. Their prices are great, and they do quality work. My only negative comment would be on two separate occasions when I had made an appointment, I was still waiting 15 minutes.Read Less
