I tried this place a few time and almost had everyone crept the owner..... clean but the first time Cindy I think her name with long black hair pretty lady but not pretty job. She rush and always looking at her workers to see where they are so she can hurry up after. Young girl does good job but her paint job too thick the girl sit in front table near cash as well likes to rush ppl so rude and thinks she know everything and that is not professional. Owner need to rethink who she hire and teach them properly how to be professional and good at job. Owner does not how to run business properly. Don't get fooled by the calmness of the decoration!!! They lack total and complete customer service skills and I mean TOTALLY!!! You are not treated as a customer that deserves full attention and they are very moody. Went to get pedicure and I ended up cleaning dead skin off my feet with a towel at the end because she cared less about doing a complete work. I’ve been going to this nail salon for almost three years. I’ve never had any problems whatsoever. The staff is very respectful and nice, they go above and beyond to meet your needs and wants. There was a time where I wasn’t too sure with something I got and I told the owner Kelly. I was very shy and she didn’t even fuss she fixed the problem right away and no charge. Since then, she always inspects my nails to make sure everything is all good. And she does it to everyone. They really take care of their customers. If there’s ever a price confusion Kelly or Mei will break it down easy so never be shy to say anything. It’s all an amount of saying it with respect. One of the girls that work there is so utterly rude. She was frowning the whole time while doing my nails and insisted we give her a higher tip. She would talk to us with disgust and continuously talk about her hard work. She also claimed one of the shellac manicure colours we chose was 'difficult' to apply which indicate her pettiness and lack of respect towards customers. Currently looking for a new salon.Read Less

I have been coming here for years. Although one day was told "you want a face wax" with all the girls laughing. My daughter tried her new makeup on and was told "it's nice I'll wear it for Halloween ". Today I told the girl who always does my nails for the last four times my nails chipped. She replied "you Asian's think you smart ". How utterly rude. I'm currently looking for another salon. Read Less

I have been going to them for about a year now... And while the girls do quite a good job, the will take any opportunity to up charge you. Always just $5 here and there. I have been to nail salons all over the GTA, and without question this is my favourite one. The shellac here lasts SO LONG, I'm typing this exactly 3 weeks from my last appointment with my nails still looking great (though the grow out is now a bit obvious). It does take a bit of time, but for the variety of colours, quality of application and reasonable cost this place is amazing. Can't recommend it enough! Read Less

Five stars are not enough to rate Lavender Nails & Spa!  I was referred here by my daughter, who was referred by her friend, and I have had pedi and mani treatments, and have bio gel nails done regularly here.  I have the same lady by request every time and she is an amazing perfectionist at her work.  My nails look very natural and are not too thick, never bulky, and always perfectly shaped.  I get a lot of compliments on how nice my nails look.  The entire staff is very friendly and make you feel welcomed because they remember your name.  The colour choice is excellent, and you don't feel rushed to choose a colour.  The UV light is built into the mani station which is a great feature.  I cannot imagine going anywhere else now.  I have been to other salons, but none were as good or strive for perfection like Lavender Nails. This place is awesome!! I got a no-chip mani, regular pedi and they did such a great job!! I like how mani table has the UV ray lamps built right in. Great choice in colors, all the nail techs were so engaging and friendly. If not for the fact I was visiting oakville, I'd make this salon my go to spot!
