Probably the best amount of service I got today from visiting this salon was being allowed to use their bathroom... I went inside told an employee what I wanted done and was told I to wait 10 minutes which I did, I was then sat down at a station by another employee where I waited 30 minutes just to be told that they didn’t have time for me and that I had to leave or come back later. I was spoken to like a child and received no form of apology upon leaving which I did not appreciate. They do a beautiful job on nails and designs, but the service is extremely poor. The staff sit there and talk to each other in Chinese the whole time, don't say a word to the customer, and barely focus. It appears that they focus more on chatting with each other than working. I have been going here regular for 7 years. I take my daughters, husband and mother. The staff have always suggested I try shellac and I finally did. I was told I could get it removed if I had another manicure. I didn’t like shellac and went in today for a manicure. I was told removing shellac was extra. When I said no I was told I could get it removed if I had a manicure - I want a manicure. They said “no” - just so you are clear I was told you would remove it and if you can’t honour this I won’t be back. A regular and loyal customer means nothing - very very disappointed and I won’t be back. There are plenty of other places who will appreciate all my business. Don't go here. They don't care about the service. They rushed me and my sister through. Girl kept walking away in the middle of drying. Would come back to turn on the light and walk away again. They turned away people at the door they said they could take-cause poor organization. No nail shape was given and the coats were uneven and there dryers didn't even work properly, they kept agreesively pushing it to work. I asked for holographic polish and they said it would be to expensive. If your a business don't you wanna upsell? They kept uping the price when we went to pay I asked for a breakdown they couldn't give. I hated my toe nail colour that they rushed me to pick and I wanted the holographic colour-they said it was 48. I thought that was expensive so I stuck with a basic colour that was apparently 45 anyways, a 3 dollar difference? I asked why she told me it was so expensive. I would have just gotten that colour if it was 3 dollars more. I asked again how much the holographic was and she said oh no it's more expensive then 48. So I asked how much? And she couldn't give me an answer. All in all I won't go back here. I say save your time and money. Awful experience and now I have to redo my nails. Read Less

Never again. Mani and pedi was done and it's a mess! I asked for the nail polish for be fixed on my big toe and I was told it was fine. I showed the lady the spot with no colour and she fixed it by getting up set, taking off the nail polish and slapping the colour back on with no base coat or top coat. My toe nails look twisted because of the horrible job that was done. I had to remind them what I wanted a few times because they did not want to listen to my request. Had a 3h00 appointment for a pedicure and a shellac polish on my nails today. When I arrived, 3 ladies were there had been waiting for over 15 minutes, they were not impress. Two of them ended up leaving before they were attended. Got my pedicure on time, water in the basin, nothing else. Girl came by, after the basin overflowed, did my pedicure. I asked if she was the one doing my nail, she said yes. A customer walked in, I'm guessing a regular client and all of a sudden, the girl that was doing my pedicure, was no longer doing my nails. Instead, I got a "new" girl that was very nice and meticulous. My guess, is it was her first time doing shellac.... because it took her 40 minutes to apply a base coat and 2 coats of color on my still transparent nails. At 4h30, after one hour and a half, I'm finally leaving that unprofessional place with a nice bill of 55.00$ and nails that you can see through!! When I mentioned my concerns to the girls, they started to address themselves in their language....no solutions, no explanations, no apologies, no shame!!! Read Less

They do a fair job, I never had a problem getting an appointment or even just walking in however the place does need an update and a good clean. I went here because it's next to the tanning salon I use and it was convenient but I've switched both tanning salons and nail salons so I won't be back but I do suggest putting some money back into the place as its dated and looks kinda dirty.
