I’ve seen Nina and Trish. Both are very skilled in the work they do. I get gel nails done here every few weeks and am a loyal customer. Professional and friendly service, accommodating, clean and no one could do a better job elsewhere. Highly recommend.

Went to get my toes painted- asked the lady if she could use the razor to clean my feet- I couldn’t soak my feet in water due to a recent tattoo the lady completely ignored me and painted my nails any...
Went to get my toes painted- asked the lady if she could use the razor to clean my feet- I couldn’t soak my feet in water due to a recent tattoo the lady completely ignored me and painted my nails anyways. Sat to dry them and asked her if I was ok to leave after putting my shoes on I noticed they were still wet and I completely ruined my toe- I asked the lady to repaint it and she kept saying no she was busy... there was only one person in the salon.
Definitely the worst experience I have had.

Paid full price after telling the nail technician and the owner I wasn’t satisfied with my nails. No discount or remedy just saying “oh sorry” I usually go to nail boutique and spa across the street but they were busy and I wanted my nails done for that night as I was celebrating my birthday. Big waste of money!

The workers r nice but they r not specialists ( they dont have the artistic knowledge or experiance to do nail art i would do a better job getting my nails done at home

They dont have a price sheet, each person works there has their own prices in their head ! They would have to call the owner to find out prices !!!!!
If anything nina is the only person i would allow to get my nails done with if anything !

Rip Off!
They charge me $16.95 to take off my Shallac nail polish. The nail specialist did not even file my nails down to the same length.
Do yourself a favor and drive across the street to the oth...

They charge me $16.95 to take off my Shallac nail polish. The nail specialist did not even file my nails down to the same length.
Do yourself a favor and drive across the street to the other nail salon. They are better priced and take pride in the services that they provide to their clients. They also don't charge redicilous prices! My biggest regret was giving this place a chance.

Came here with my sisters and cousins to get our nails and feet done. I saw one of the girls that worked there put nail polish thinner in one of the polishes my sister was looking at. It looks really nice inside but I wouldn't go back there knowing that they thin down the polishes.

Being New to Oakville I had visited a couple of Nail Salons and wasn't "Wowed" by it, then I walked in this Salon and felt right at home. I am one to stick with my favourite places and usually a very Loyal Client. This will now be the place for me to get My Nails done. Excellent "Customer Service", great Ambience, Beautiful Colour Selection and beautiful things for sale too.

Went to get my toes painted- asked the lady if she could use the razor to clean my feet- I couldn’t soak my feet in water due to a recent tattoo the lady completely ignored me and painted my nails anyways. Sat to dry them and asked her if I was ok to leave after putting my shoes on I noticed they were still wet and I completely ruined my toe- I asked the lady to repaint it and she kept saying no she was busy... there was only one person in the salon.
