STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Came here last month with a friend who has come to this place a while back. We both got pedicures - mine shellac and hers just regular. The lady who did my pedicure was very rough and and my toes were red and sore when I had left. WAY too much cuticle was cut. We paid, unhappy, and left. Coming from working in a spa, I am used to a particular service and it was not met here. I rate one star not only because we got a overly fast service, leaving my feet sore , but also gave me MOULD growing under my toe nail which had to be scraped out from under. I had no idea this was even there until now when I had my next service pedicure done at a CLEAN and professional place. As soon as I found out, I called this place and told them about how upset I was with what happened and I only got a defensive manager saying they haven't had problems before. I have been coming to Chic Nails for about 6 months now. I have been getting my nails done for about 5 years and since coming to Chic I couldn't go any where else! The women here are amazing! Friendly, gentle (I have never been cut while getting my nails filled), talented, and willing to try something they have never done for you. I usually ask for an elaborate design or something in particular (I can be a little picky), and time and time again they go the distance to make sure I am happy before I leave. I get compliments on my nails daily!! I would strongly recommend a first timer or someone who has been getting their nails done for years (like myself) to Chic!
