Price is decent as it is hard to find Shellac anywhere in the city that's less than $30. But the service, not so good! I always get the same girl, Ivy, and she is not gentle with my hands at all. Her nails dig into my hands every time and filing and taking off shellac is a painful task. More painful is when she goes to take out my cuticles etc and I always end up bleeding, every single time!! My cuticles are always left sore after she's done with them. Nail color application is not any better. They're pedicures are alright but nothing I'd wow about. If you're looking for a quick and cheap job, this is your place. If you're looking for quality and no injuries, go somewhere else. Read Less

A couple of friends get their pedis done here so my friend and I thought we'd give it a go. Place is not so nice inside (but as long as they do a good pedi who cares?!) Neither of us were impressed by our pedicures (they didn't do a great job with removing any dry skin both our nails were chipped in a couple of days). I ended up giving it another go with a different lady yesterday. She did a very basic job. Looks like I did it myself. Go elsewhere! Read Less

Since Fall of 2016, I have been to this spa 3 times. First time I got Tracey who did a fantastic job on my shellac manicure & pedicure. Since I had a good first experience & their location is convenient for me, I booked again 2 weeks later. This time I got a different woman whose name I no longer remember. She removed shellac from my fingers then re-did my fingernail polish. I feel she did a rush job and I was not nearly as satisfied during this visit. I returned again for the 3rd visit this past weekend. I had called 6 days in advance & clearly explained I needed to book an appointment for TWO ppl to get a pedicure. Appointment time was set for 11am. We arrived 5 mins early, so of course I expected to have to wait a few mins, but at 11:29 there was still no chair available and a woman came to tell us it would still be 10 MORE mins! I don't understand why they would take walk-ins so close to our scheduled appointment then not be able to accommodate us! When I told the woman I wanted to ask her a question she did not understand my English and just kept giggling. She did not ask any of the other staff to help. We got fed up and left.
