The customer service was great and they brought me a tea with a nice relaxing environment without too much talking so I could relax but unfortunately it looks like a 4 year old painted my toes! I could’ve done a better job myself which is really upsetting cu it cost me 50$ for a classic pedi! Definitely won’t be going back when I can get a better job done at Cali nails for 35$! Also the girl made me put my foot in the water and it was freezing cold and instead of checking it herself she just added hot water and asked me how it is, I am assuming she was new but you obviously took a course to be able to do this I thought the steps would be pre trained before executing on a customer. In my recent search to find a good salon to do bio sculpture i found mani pedi plus. They’re close to my house and they seemed nice over the phone. I wanted so much to love this place. Based on my personal experience I wouldn’t recommend going there. If I could use one word to describe Every element of my experiences here I would say “unwelcome”. Because that’s exactly what it feels like. You’re not greeted when you arrive. Smiles are unmet. The actual nail services themselve...s are tense, and inconsistent. Bio sculpture is priced high and I expected a service that matched. Something I thought was weird and unpleasant was having to scrub my nails in the bathroom. I was so shocked when I first had to. Almost in awe. I appreciate quality and am more than happy to pay for the best but this isn’t the best. I’m also more than willing to feel a place out. The first time I went I paid 75$ my nails weren’t even one hand looked totally different than the other and when I called about it they wanted to rebook me to have the one hand redone. When I was unable to book I was told I could have a discount on my next service instead. I agreed assuming the discount would be 50% off (2 hands -1 hand is 1 hand.) I was told they’d make note and I ended up booking a second appointment a few weeks later. My second appointment took over three hours and near the end it was pointed out that if I hadn’t taken my time choosing a nail colour it wouldn’t have taken so long but really she used me as a way to avoid doing a pedicure and passed them off to another coworker. When I went to pay there was no note about my discount and after a phone call was made they offered me 10$ off. My last time going was last week paid 75$ and a couple days into having them they starting crumbling apart. I emailed and requested a refund with no response. I Called the following business day only to be told I’d get a call the next day. The call never came. I called again and was told I would have to wait two weeks for the owner to come back. Basically given the runaround which matches perfectly with the service and the experience overall. I don’t know if I’ll ever hear back, but I do know I’ll never return. I have always been treated like I was the only one there while I was having either my spa manicure or pedicure. Their full attention was on me and they couldn't do enough to see that I was as comfortable as I could be while being pampered. The time that I'm there is heaven on earth.
