I had a mani-pedi here. It’s the first time I got my nails done in years. I was extremely happy with the pedicure, but I am extremely disappointed in the manicure. At first, it was going great. The lady took her time and understood my irrational fear of getting cut. But once people started coming in, she rushed. I can see the scratches on my acrylic nails really easily and the colour I asked for isn’t the colour she put on my nails. I asked for colour 129, which looked like a rose nude pink in their nail book. My nails are neon orange. It hasn’t even been a whole week and my acrylic nails are already chipping. The people were nice, but I don’t think I’ll come back here again. Definitely not worth the money I paid for. I only like my pedicure.

If I could give 0 stars I would have.
Starting off was fantastic they brought us a bottle of water and a little package of nuts it was great but we played musical chairs every 15 minutes we were put into a different chair with a different nail girl the girls kept leaving to do waxing and microblading and whatever leaving you sitting there for 10-15 minutes at a time it took 2 hours for me to get acrylic nails put on with nail polish that was it I just got them done on Friday one of them is chipped and many of them have these weird Brown bubbles starting they all look very poorly done and it cost $10 more than my usual place.
Now on top of that my friend got French tips they charged her $5 for the french tips in addition to the overpriced Nails already hers as well took over 2 hours played musical chairs the whole time and then after she specifically said not to put shellac on her nails because she is not considered vegan they did it anyway and then charged her for it of course I made a stink about it and got the $10 that they charge for the shellac back but still.
I'm pretty easy-going about my nails they don't have to be perfect they just have to look decent but the fact that I paid more than I usually do and they look atrocious is unacceptable!! SAVE YOUR MONEY! GO ELSEWHERE!

This place is a joke I paided more than my regular nail place and the first fake nail feel off after a day. Who ever did my nails was so bad at their job because she didn't even glue my nails on right...
This place is a joke I paided more than my regular nail place and the first fake nail feel off after a day. Who ever did my nails was so bad at their job because she didn't even glue my nails on right! I got them done for my vacation and after a week I have ONE nail remaining and my friends nails look poor too. I'm looking for a refund cause this is bull.

Staff does not seem interested in customers, there behaviour was rude, was untolerable. I asked for eyebrow and I had full proper growth but lady who did my eyebrows did wrong one side and left unwant...
Staff does not seem interested in customers, there behaviour was rude, was untolerable. I asked for eyebrow and I had full proper growth but lady who did my eyebrows did wrong one side and left unwanted hairs in another eyebrow. she kept on trimming and when i said she made a excuse and went outside, send another lady to handle situation. She was also not able to fix my brows. Know my eyebrows are made wrong there is clear difference in both of brows. Disappointing staff😒, they both should go home and close Buisness.

The shape of my nails turned out fantastic, but I asked for Acrylic when I called to make the appointment. Took a taxi to get there and had her start filing my nails and preparing them for a fill... only to have her start filling them with the gel dip technique. Needless to say I didn't want the change of product, and I was charged for gel rather than acrylic. More than on the website. I didn't appreciate the deception.

Three hours later polish is still bubbly. Rough edges and polish not out to the edges but certainly in the cuticles. Aaaaah!!

I had a mani-pedi here. It’s the first time I got my nails done in years. I was extremely happy with the pedicure, but I am extremely disappointed in the manicure. At first, it was going great. The lady took her time and understood my irrational fear of getting cut. But once people started coming in, she rushed. I can see the scratches on my acrylic nails really easily and the colour I asked for isn’t the colour she put on my nails.
