Had a terrible experience... I went to them because they were the only place open on a Sunday and I needed an under arm wax and didn't want to wait another day because I was starting to feel gross. They were located in Walmart which was confusing because it doesn't say that online.... When I got there the lady brought me to the room. She asked me to sit in a chair??? Didn't even clean off the skin before starting, instead she just poured baby powder on me and it got off over my clothes because I was SITTING ON A CHAIR instead of laying down.. Even though there was a bed right beside me. She put the wax on me, ripped off the wax and only half the hair came off. She seemed so confused. So she did it again and only some of the hair came off again. She then told me she wanted to pluck out each and every individual hair or have me wait 2 more weeks for my hair to grow. (In my opinion that is disgusting and wrong. A woman should not have to wait 3 weeks to get her hair waxed..I had already waited 1 week prior to this visit) I asked her if she had another wax, something stronger for thicker hair and she had no idea what I was talking about.. Not to mention she was holding back laughter the whole time I was there. Honestly a terrible place. Save your money. Read Less
