Everytime I go to get my nails done at this location they're flawless!! I usually get acrylic full set or refills sometimes pedicure with refill done and I'm never disappointed. Whether it be coffin shaped nails or pointy with designs whatever I feel for it gets done nicely. The environment/atmosphere is always calm and relaxing when I go and staff is super friendly no negative energy or negative staff since I've been going here and it's been almost a year. This nail salon in the worst. They don't care about customers at all. This is my second time here after deciding to give them another chance after a bad first experience. My nail polish has all peeled off it was on so thick and a couple of my nails are different lengths. The little girl painting my nails had to take off my polish and start over because of how quick she put on the clear coat messing up the polish. My two older sisters and I, went and got our nails done. Two full sets and a shellac. We left there at 1:30pm and by 2:00pm after walking down Lundy's Lane i noticed my Shellac was ALREADY peeling!! I was not impressed. They used the wrong colour in the first place, it was not the one I asked for. My sister brought him the bottle of nail polish she wanted him to use and he moved her to a different table, put the bottle she grabbed back and got a totally different shade of red. Today I went to get my nails done and a pedicure with my best friend. We booked our appointment yesterday for today. It was on time . The pedicure was great... but we had to wait, before our nails as they served a walk in, in between.. then sat us in a chair and kept leaving to do other things. Finally I got served and my friend waited a bit.. then she got served about 6-8 mins after me. ... Well now, by time I was done, I waited patiently for her nails to be done. Well the girl who was going to do her nail design had left the building. Her nails where done, painted and we had to leave and the girl returned. After being their for over 2 hrs and we left , They never cleaned our finger nails. And my nail wad stuck to my skin... I wasn't to impressed. ... I would recommend going to Princess Nails I have going to Danny and his wife for years They do my nails the best I only go to princess nails I won't ever go to any other nail place I also would like to say Danny gives the best pedicure too it's so relaxing for me I am on my foot at least 10 hours a day and Cindy Danny Wife does the best waxing job too I won't go anywhere else fro my eye Brow and lip thanks Read Less

it was OK....they seem in their own worlds...not ver personable. .my nails werent exactly even...they were too thin n one broke that night. .their acrylic powder looked really cheap...id only come back if i absouloutly had too n my orignal place was to busy...* Jenny Nails....#1 in town)...but i wouldnt rush there ... Id RECOMMEND Jenny Nails..its only two blocks further up frm Princess....going away frm clifton hill just past Dorchester Rd. They are much much better...no attirudes!!! Read Less

I've been going here for well over a year now and have never left unhappy. I always get exactly what I want and the staff actually interact with you. I do reccomended calling to make an appointment but I can assure you won't be dissapointed. I always get coffin or almond shape acrylic nails and they are always uniform, super shiny & awesome. I have been to several other nail salons in the city and I would leave dissapointed each time, wether it be uneven polish or shape, nail lifting, rude staff etc. Princess nails has never failed me and I really reccomended them!
