This place is 2nd to none!!!! Ive been going here since day 1 and absolutely love it!!!! The atmosphere is relaxing, my services are fabulous, prices are reasonable, employees are friendly/knowledgeable and the owners are very hospitable. I go every 2 weeks and what amazes me the most is that my nails last...no chipping...no lifting. My nails are done by Tia:)) I have also had my hair cut & colored by Mary and that was great as well. Came in without an appointment for two pedicures. We were taken right away. They don't have massage chairs, which, I'm from the states so I don't know if that's standard or not. But, it was very clean and staff was friendly. Quick service, and also very good price. With the conversion it was a great deal. Would definitely come back. Read Less

I've gotten my nails done at this location at least four times over the past two years and each visit has been fantastic. The employees are friendly, patient, helpful with colour choices, and very skilled at what they do. Atmosphere is comfortable even for a girl who normally feels so out of place at any beauty salon! We made reservations at this establishment and had to call back to change the time of the reservation.  They confirmed the time change on the phone but when we showed up they claimed they had told us they could NOT accommodate the change in time.  Regardless of who was actually responsible for the mistake,  they were wholly impolite about it,  and even gave us static about not giving 24 hours to cancel (we had a conflicting reservation). Located right off the highway and is very easy to find. A very modern feel inside. Feels clean and the staff is really friendly. My friend and I came in to do our nails for a wedding and the girls who helped us were around our age and very kind and helpful. The customer service was there but unfortunately I feel the skills aren't. We also had appointments for 3pm but the one worker was late by 15 minutes. We weren't in a rush so we didn't mind but it was a little annoying to find out she was tardy because she was getting her own nails done. My friend and I both left unhappy with our nails. The coats were so thick on my nails that it started to separate and you can see small air bubbles/pockets on my nails. The nail dryer at my specific station wasn't even working. We got our nails done Friday for a wedding Saturday and my nails chipped. They chipped in chunks which makes me believe it's from the thick coats that were applied. If I were to go back, I'd ask more questions about the girls doing my nails to ensure I'd be paying for a good job. Read Less

Came in for pedicures with my two cousins. We had an appointment and were accommodated promptly.I had a shellac pedicure. It was done really well! A month later, it still looks great. I chose a very natural colour so it can grow out without the most visible line.No chipping. Cuticles were removed but not aggressively.Massage was relaxing, not too short with the right pressure.The place is very modern, clean and the technicians are friendly.Shellac pedicure is $40. Worst experience ever.  I went in to have a gel fill because I had broken a few nails.  I started off with one girl who quickly shuffled me off to another girl as soon as her "regular" client walked in the door.  I don't think the second girl had ever done a gel fill before.  My nails are horribly thick and are not even filed evenly.  They look horrible.  Charged me $35 for the fill and another $15 for the coloured gel.  I don't even pay those prices in Oakville.Never again. I was referred to Hanna to get my hair colour done. Beautiful space, and Hanna really knows her stuff, very happy with my colour and will be going back! Friendly, accommodating, and while I waited for processing I got a pedicure and eyebrows done! Saved me so much time, love one stop shopping! My friend and I went and were overcharged... they applied shellac on my friend without specifying.... she was getting gel nails... why would she want shellac...? I received a shellac manicure... within 4 days my nails looked absolutely terrible. By day 8 the shellac had all peeled off .... it was Terrible to pay so much for 3 days of nice nails... they charge me almost double my normal nail salon... I am a shellac regular and I can make my nails last 2-3 weeks.... not 4 days!! My friend has her nails fall OFF on the 3 day! 2 of her nails tips came right off she had to call to get them fixed they wanted to charge her $3 a nail to fix... and couldn't fit her in for 2 days! Unbelievable. Her nails were done very poorly, uneven and just poorly painted... Never again. Went in for UV gel nails and she did acrylic. I know the difference between the two, but she told me it was a UV gel powder.... I'm not very good at speaking up in these kind of situations so I decided to just let her do it. There was no UV light even involved, which is kind of the point of gel nails. Went back a second time, clearly said UV GEL and the same thing happened again! Never going back and wasting my money on them. If this happens to anyone else please don't make the mistake I did and trust them when they say it's a UV gel powder. They are lying to you and overcharging you. Read Less
