I went for a full set on Tuesday May 3 2018. I received chrome and I did 4 nails with Swarovski crystals which cost $15 each. My total was $160 before tip. On the following Friday my middle nail broke off and then on the weekend two other nails broke. On Monday I called to book an appointment to replace my nails. My appointment was on Tuesday and Tammy fixed my nails. I asked her do I owe anything but to be honest I didn’t think I should been charged because it wasn’t even a week and I lost three nails. I said I shouldn’t pay but I will. I told her I’m going to my car to get my bank card. I came back and the lady who sits in the front told me I’m too much stress and they cancelled my following my appointment next week. I asked her how am I stressful and she continue to look down at her book. Then she told me I’m completely banned from the nail. I had to ask is because I’m colour? To be honest if I wasn’t black I don’t think there would of be an issue. I didn’t yell I didn’t swear. I just voiced my opinion on why I think I shouldn’t pay but I still offer to pay for the replacement nails. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect in my life from a nail shop. And to be little in front of everyone in the shop for $15.00 which I was willing to pay for. Anyone of colour in Newmarket DO NOT go there because you will be classified as being stressful by voicing a concern for nails falling a few days after getting then done. Read Less
