I've tried to give this salon so many chances because they are the closest to me, but I just can't continue getting my nails done here. It's a complete waste a money. My last visit was a week and couple days ago (last Saturday) and 4/10 nails are fully chipped without shellac & & two nails have actually broken, ripping close to the skin. As for the pedicure, it was good but I've definitely gotten treated better. I never feel like my toe nails are cleaned properly. Last time I went, I had purchased a couple pack for me and my Bf to do pedicures and it was so disappointing, I had a male do my toes and either than it being uncomfortable the job wasn't done right, and rushed. So this time I made sure I didn't get the male. The service went perfect on my last visit, which was Mother day weekend. They took me when it was busy and provided efficient work done in a timely matter, but it's not worth it when the nails are chipping days later. horrible service that i encountered, the lady that did my nails was very rude and had no respectful, as i told her i was not pleased with my nails and she disregarded me and told me i was rude. This place is DISGUSTING. Do not recommend and never will. I went to get acrylics and I showed a picture of the shape I wanted, it was nothing like I asked, and the "nail technician" would not listen so I told someone else that worked there. I'm so disappointed. I asked for the manicure price they said $17. When I went to pay they charged $35. They said the colour I selected was more expensive but they didn't mention that when they gave me the colour palette or when I choose the colour. I'll never come back. Read Less

Thank you so much for my beautiful nails Jillian. As a hairdresser my time out for relaxation is getting my nails done. I have never felt so welcome and relaxed while getting my nails done. Having spent years having my nails machined down to paper thin flakes that hurt and we're never quite right it was such a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to be in your chair today.
