I got a manicure 2 weeks ago. The service was amazing but the quality of the manicure was not that great because the shellac started to chip and lift on some sides within 3 or 4 days. Great people and great service so I'll try it one more time. Read Less

if i could give it a zero star i would, but i cant. the worst manicure and pedicure ever. So the pedicure she did to me, it was terrible, i could do it at home myself and it will still look better. Manicure even worst. i've asked her to do them short, but short doesn't mean to cut my nails fully to the meat, next clean up was done, ohh no in reality it wasn't done at all. after i was cutting and cleaning myself. next, i asked for round nails, what i've got was not round, not squire, it was something new i never seen before, something that she calls round, when i said its not even close to round she was totally surprised. so i asked her to re do it, she called other lady who look at that and asked me what wrong. i was like seriously, you don't see that there is something wrong? how can you call your self a professional, if you ruining nails. next she start coloring and it was as terrible as the whole experience. i spend more than two hours there trying to get a simple pedi and mani. at the end no one even apologized to me for what happened, i'm not even talking about any kind of discount.overall i would never come back to that place, and i don't recommend any one to go their if you don't want to get the worse customer service and the worst service. my nails are fully ruined.... its ridiculous and terrible how they handle customers and to their services. Although the technician was very good and careful when applying my acrylic nails (best experience in that regard), two of the nails chipped off within 3 days of having them done and a third one 3 days after that. In addition, I called them 4 times over a two hour period in order to have them fixed but none of the calls where answered and no answering machine option available. Getting the nails done was a good experience but quality was very disappointing and customer service leaves much to be desired. Read Less

Sitting here having a pedi as I write this.. my favourite part of the pedi has always been the lower leg massage. My technician whom I think is inexperienced put cream on my legs and feet for a total of 20 seconds then put the flip flops on me and started nail painting. I asked her 'oh, is lower leg massage not included?' And she said 'ya just a light one' and I said 'oh that's too bad, it's my favourite part and I've never no had on in all the years I've been getting pedi's' she just smiled and said nothing. I have her every chance to correct this but obviously she didn't want to... I was really looking forward to this and now I just want to leave without my nail filling. I wouldn't recommend a pedi here. And I would never normally give a bad review as I am also a local business owner. Read Less

Just had a pedi at this establishment. Worst pedicure I have ever had. Polish was very poorly applied and my heels are still rough. They oiled and wrapped my toenails before leaving and when I arrived home and removed my shoes, I found the polish on my toenails was ruined. I will now have to remove it. I will never go back and I do not recommend them. Read Less
