Me and my friend found this glorious place yesterday. It’s beautiful inside. So relaxing. We have never experienced such wonderful customer service. We watched as every Employee took care of each customer. Helped them into their coats and ran to open doors. So attentive. They took the time to learn our names and hugged us when leaving. Thanked us for our business. The attention to detail is unbelievable. They took their time and never made us feel rushed and stayed 45 minutes after they were suppose to close just so they could finish. My nails look beautiful. Hi, I visitied Nail story with my aunt and all the staffs were very nice and they treated us in a friendly way with big smile. It made me feel good. I went to Nailstory and Spa to get my nails done for my graduation. All the staff there were extremely friendly. It's been well over three weeks and my shellac manicures look exactly the same as it did on the first day! The place was also very clean and had a calming atmosphere. This was my first time visiting Nail Story and Spa and I have to say it was the most pleasant experience. Upon entering I was immediately greeted by my first name by the owner Annie who made sure I had a relaxing experience. My pedicure was done by Grace and it truly was the best pedicure I have ever had...so much attention to detail. It was perfect! The atmosphere was so calm and relaxing and such a clean environment. It was my first time here and I loved it. I got the shellac mani and shellac pedi combo which was $65 no tax. They did a great job even though it took a while and it was also busy so be sure to make an appointment! They don't offer acrylic nails FYI, but that's not a problem for me anyways because I stick to my real nails. The staff were super nice and the salon itself was beautifully decorated and clean. I really want to like this place. It's clean, it is quiet, it has a lovely ambiance. They charge the regular price for the vinylux, but I keep leaving disappointed. I great spot for eyebrows, fair prices, and good service. I have short nails and work outside, so they're tough, and that's why I pay to have them done. Unfortunately every time I leave thinking I could have done a better job myself. I'm sure some of the girls must be good, but I'm consistently disappointed with the calluses that remain on my feet and the messy job on my fingers. I'm happy to pay, and tip well, but I don't think I'll be going back despite wanting to be supportive of a new business of super friendly people. Read Less
