I called when they opened and booked an appointment for an hour later. I was asked for my name when I arrived, switched into the slippers from my winter boots and sat down at one of the stations. They had holographic arclyic options which I wanted and the owner did my nails. She did a great job and I am very pleased with the quality. Some of the nails are not as coffin shaped as the others, however it does not bother me. She gave me a stamp card for a free manicure after coming x amount of times. Will go back

Thoroughly impressed. I called at 7:30 thinking they wouldn't have time for my nails, closing at 8, however they welcomed me. Even closing, they 100% took their time and paid close attention to ensure my service was top notch. My husband figured he may as well get his toes done and they were happy to do so. Very happy ladies. I'd highly recommend. Thank you!!

Appalling customer service. Went in and received stares rather than a proper greeting. Wanted to check out prices and I was treated like a nuisance. I didn't even bother to grab their business card ...
Appalling customer service. Went in and received stares rather than a proper greeting. Wanted to check out prices and I was treated like a nuisance. I didn't even bother to grab their business card as I would be happy to take my business elsewhere. Tacky decor. I went to a couple other nail salons in aurora and newmarket which are far nicer. Going to one downtown and am happily paying significantly more than what this place offers ($35 for Shellac mani is what Linda's is charging). I love my manicurist downtown but their salon doesn't offer pedi's. That's why I'm checking out options near home. This place managed to give a bad first impression when I first stepped in to inquire about their prices and services. Other places post them online for goodness sake!! I will never go back. My manicure is supposed to be therapeutic and enjoyable "me" time.

Thoroughly impressed. I called at 7:30 thinking they wouldn't have time for my nails, closing at 8, however they welcomed me. Even closing, they 100% took their time and paid close attention to ensure my service was top notch. My husband figured he may as well get his toes done and they were happy to do so.
