friendly they maybe, but the workmanship is defintely average. i felt rushed like a conveyor, constant distraction to take calls, multi-tasking, switching between clients... don't spend a second to look at the shape of your nail to make a suggestion, just kind of 'slop and go'. some areas of my nails are too thick, two nails have an 'underhang' of clear that shows from under the white. I also did a pedi. They didn't do a thorough job on the heels at all and the nail polish on the toe was smudged and left that way. Not to mention the way they cleaned tools didn't leave much confidence in sterility (and they use metal grater for your heels). Hot stone massage that everyone is talking about was a two-second deal, pleasant I guess, but I'd rather have had my heels done better and skip the stones. So three stars is a stretch for me. I went here for prom a couple of weeks ago and didn't find the place very pleasant. In terms of the end result it was lovely, but the customer service was poor. The lady doing my nails was very cold and passive aggressive towards me. She cut one of my fingers at one point and just ignored it. The whole time she was treating me like an inconvenience. While they do a lovely job this worker wasn't very polite and has turned me off from going here again or recommending it to others. Read Less
