Got great customer service from Catherine. Other staff member was very helpful to elderly customer which was great to see. Tried their powder nail colour -very vibrant, rich colour -but do not do it on nail extensions. Not strong enough like a gel nail is. 2 already broken and hasn't been 2 weeks yet. I went there years ago and she literally almost clipped my pinky tin off, she cut my skin after clipping my nails shorter before sticking the nail tip on. When I was bleeding like crazy she put this blue stuff on it, I quickly texted my fiancé to call me and make up an excuse for me to leave! I answered the phone and got out of there ASAP! I got my eyebrows microbladed by Kim and WOW they look amazing!! She did such an amazing job and I am so happy. I had them done at another location 6 months previous and I was very unhappy. They looked very unnatural and when they healed up, most of the pigment was gone. So a friend referred me to Kim and am I ever glad they did. I'm putting 5 stars because yes up until yesterday I had a great experience but as of yesterday I can't say I will be coming back I felt as if I were being rushed due to the fact my nails chipped today and after a shower the top shine peeled right off! I tried out this place this past Saturday for a gel fill as I wanted to find something closer than my old nail salon I was travelling to in mississauga. I did wait a bit longer than anticipated but as mentioned in there posts they lived up to their promise. I received a fill on gels that 3 nails were cracked right down the middle. When the service was done they looked "perfect" no cracks seen and exactly what I wanted. As a previous nail tech/esthetician I do get picky and I must say Anna is amazing at what she does and the salons customer service matches that as well. I highly recommend this place! Read Less

I made an appointment for 3:30 at Century nails and was offered a gel set for the same price as an acrylic would be because they no longer offered acrylics. This was already an amazing business to offer that. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes past my appointment time they honoured their promise that if you make an appointment and have to wait more than 20 minutes your nails will be free. I've seen both Jessie and Anna and have liked my nails both times. Anna was able to recreate a Pinterest nail design to a T and I've been getting compliments daily. First time visiting today. I received a full set of bio gel nails and couldn't be more pleased with the service. Time was spent ensuring each nail was completed with even lengths, perfect shape, and outstanding cuticle edging. So many colours and products to choose from that I feel everyone's needs and tastes could be met. The staff were so pleasant and respectful. The space is clean and well looked after. I've always loved coming here! Jesse and Anna are great! I love that pampered feeling. Recently Kim micro bladed my eyebrows. Wow! No more eyebrow pencils, shading or shaping! She did an excellent job matching my hair and eyebrow color! The shape is perfect! You would never know they aren't real! She was absolutely incredible, a true professional! Requested a specific style of nail and even had a picture for reference the lady doing my nails laughed at the style and the length I wanted them. She didn't even do the style properly and by that time I just wanted to get out of there because she continued to be rather rude about the style/ length. My daughter & i went there to have our nails done. My daughter had a manicure & gel nails done. I just had shellac done on mine. I have had them done just over a week & the shellac has already started chipping off big time & i've been off work!!! I've had my nails done at the 400 market & have never, ever had this happen, even while at work in a factory, they lasted 'til i wanted them off. Now My Poor Daughter had 3 of her nails infected i'm assuming from unsanitary tools they were using and right after she had them done she told the lady that it looked like one was already lifting, but she kept adamantly insisting it was fine....that nail fell off 2 days later & another has fallen off as well. My daughter called the place insisting for our money back because of the poor service & they refused. Never Again. 90.00 for amateur work!!!! Read Less
