They have awful service and customer service. Will never use them again. I had a gift card and wanted to give it a try The lady worked on my feet was so harsh and hurt my left toe. The day after it ...
They have awful service and customer service. Will never use them again. I had a gift card and wanted to give it a try The lady worked on my feet was so harsh and hurt my left toe. The day after it got red and hurtful. When I went there and showed it , the owner tried to convince me that is nothing and my nail was or is in toe !!! Which was not true . I had no problem before pedicure. And even if it was true , they should have warned me if may hurt ... I asked my money back and told them be more careful with health advices they give . She removed all my nail polishes . Instead of apologizing for their service she said they wont accept me !!!! And gave me another gift card !! Ha ha Which I trashed it! Don't get fool by beautiful decoration they have Those worth nothing when you have the WORSTcustomer service And unskilled employees See More

Highly recommended. I've had several manicures, pedicures and other treatments all of which I've been very happy with. I have and am recommending Cher and Jen to all my friends. They have a wonderful relaxing atmosphere and beautiful work. Thank you for all you've done. It's definitely well worth the drive to Napanee.

Love this place it's beautiful upscale top notch you can get one wine water coffee tea by having spa services or for manicure pedicure spa even if you're getting lashes on massage this is the place to be if you're looking for different with class at another level you can even get the latest design gel polishes Gel powders in every color excellent customer service booking appointment they're always on time if you're in the area are you traveling last minute I I recommend this nail spa this is coming from a stylist from New Jersey and New York area that's used to fashion forward and trends even if you're staying classic this is a long time coming so happy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
