I am in complete shock. I booked an appointment for the first time with this salon and I am 100 percent sure I booked for Friday. When I called in Thursday to provide my credit card details the lady informed me I was a no show. I explained to her that there must have been an administrative error because I asked for my appointment to be on a Friday. Regardless, she became incredibly rude indicating that I’ve created a terrible injustice. I think this spot should really teach their staff some set of business skills and dealing with clients. Lack of common sense is clearly an issue at this place.

Amazing service. Ana does fabulous nails. All of their estheticians are great. ... bonus , you can have a glass of wine while you get your service! I love this place.

I enjoyed the pedicure however there were very few choices when it came to gel polish colours, the price was ridiculously expensive for a basic pedicure ($85!), but what ruins it for me... I contracte...
I enjoyed the pedicure however there were very few choices when it came to gel polish colours, the price was ridiculously expensive for a basic pedicure ($85!), but what ruins it for me... I contracted an infection on my foot after coming to your salon!!
I have never had any issues before and I RARELY get pedicures so clearly the tools/tub at your Port Credit location were not properly sterilized. This is not what I was expecting to get out of an $85 pedicure.

Dermalogica facial was very relaxing- great products. But the aesthetician did barely any extractions. ...
Nice spot! Very clean and the staff is lovely. I highly recommend Gloria for waxing services.
Dermalogica facial was very relaxing- great products. But the aesthetician did barely any extractions. Its a good place to go if you want a relaxing/ hydrating facial but if you are looking for a deeper pore cleanse then probably not.

I used to go to the queen west location and this spot is just as good. Excellent and consistent service. They took the time to help me figure out if gel was something I should do. They didn't try to upsell just honest opinions. Highly recommended. Clean and professional.

The staff is quite friendly and makes sure we're comfortable every step of the way.
They offer us a beverage upon arrival which is a nice touch.
The reason why I give a three stars is because both times I've been there, they were 20 minutes behind schedule. They make a big fuss about being on time and charging for a no show, but they can't seem to manage their own time. Moreover, I went for a quickie pedicure which should take 35 minutes... but I ended up there for 1.05 hour.
I'll give them another chance as I really like the pedicures here.

Amazing receptionist, super clean, and even better service. I got my back waxed by Logan, who was super professional and nice. She used some technique that left me with little to no pain whatsoever, and even kept conversation to help keep my mind off things. I highly recommend her, and this salon as well.

I am in complete shock. I booked an appointment for the first time with this salon and I am 100 percent sure I booked for Friday. When I called in Thursday to provide my credit card details the lady informed me I was a no show. I enjoyed the pedicure however there were very few choices when it came to gel polish colours, the price was ridiculously expensive for a basic pedicure ($85!), but what ruins it for me... I contracted an infection on my foot after coming to your salon!!

Dermalogica facial was very relaxing- great products. But the aesthetician did barely any extractions. Its a good place to go if you want a relaxing/ hydrating facial but if you are looking for a deeper pore cleanse then probably not.
