Great place!! Personally i find Andy to be the best so book with him you wont regret it. Last time i had a different girl besides the manager, she was very rough and cut me twice with her tools. The owner Cathy has been my nail tech for over 10 years! She is amazing with always keeping her shop clean and sanitary and always stays on top of new nail trends (lots of colours both regular and shellac to choose from). Her brother Andy is just as amazing at acrylic nails as she is! Both of them are always super busy so appointments are definitely necessary, although she still always finds time for her clients and has stayed open longer to accommodate.  I usually dont leave reviews but after seeing some of the reviews below I couldn't help but make sure people knew the truth and gave it a try! Just horrible.... the owner Cathy is ridiculous.  I walk in, she quotes me $20 for removing my shellac and a normal manicure. I sit down and she comes by 4 times to push me to get shellac and after saying no 4 times, she started asking Kim, my manicurist in vietnamese if I'm still doing regular... wtfA customer comes in and she does a 180 and starts smiling and offering good customer service. She then proceeds to rush my manicurist to finish me so the other customer doesn't have to wait....wowShe moves me to a plastic chair so my manicurist had to finish my nails with no table.... just so the other customer can sit in my chair waiting for my manicuristWow! X2Finally I'm done, go to pay with my visa. She then threatens to charge me $25 plus tax unless I pay cash.... wow ��3Fail Cathy Fail! This is why your place is still small and not as successful. This place used to be good but there is a new owner and new staff, I've lived by streetsville for the last 3 years and this was the Only place I went to and unfortunately it will be the last. I found a much better place with better service and stone massage pedicure (tippy toes on dundas for those who are wondering) it's a 15 minute drive but I lay back and relax and enjoy the service, I don't have to be on my toes the entire time telling them what to fix/do. After I got a shellac at this place, they barely lasted 24 hours before 5 nails completely broke off. I went back to get them fixed (after I had paid all this money) and the guy tried charging me more, the owner of the store was there talking on her phone and saw me arguing with the guy about not paying for something that barely lasted a day and I had paid him enough with a good tip! The owner didn't even hesitate to come up to me to resolve the problem although she has seen my face many many times before and had conversations with me, instead she took her conversation to the back room ignoring the whole dilemma that was happening up front. I told the guy I'm not paying and it was his fault for a bad job done and I made sure she heard me saying I will never be returning to this place ever again and stormed out. This place looked quite busy when I came in on a Wednesday afternoon. I had a manicure and pedicure, as well as shellac removal. I was expecting to have my pedicure done first, and then move to the table to have my manicure done. This is how I've had my mani-pedis done in the past. I was surprised when one of the technicians sat down on my right side to start working on my manicure, while I was getting my pedicure from another technician. It seems like an efficient use of time to have both services done simultaneously, but it was actually uncomfortable because I was somewhat twisted to the side to allow the technician as much access as possible. There also wasn't a wide flat surface available for my hands - I was holding them above my arm rest. As a result, I feel like my manicure wasn't done as well as it could have been - the technician was a little sloppy in keeping the shape and lengths inconsistent on all my nails. I noticed afterwards that she hadn't applied the polish carefully either, so there were gaps on the edges of my fingernails. On Day 1 of my manicure, it looked like Day 3 or 4! The polish application also isn't very smooth. I really feel like these little issues could have been avoided had I sat down at the proper table for my manicure instead of stretching over my armrest. My pedicure, on the other hand, was really well done. The technician was really attentive and focused. I would come back here just for those pedicures! Read Less
