The first time I went to this salon I did not have the best experience. My nails were rushed and shaped poorly resulting in a very bad first impression. I decided to give this place a second chance and I was not disappointed. I was taken right away and given the best and friendliest service. Alex shaped my nails perfectly and really focused on giving me a perfect end result. I will definitely be going back and requesting him to do my nails!

Jojo is amazing! Clean, friendly and prefossional. You'll see a great mix of guys, girls, couples and families (dads included) 😊. Speaks volumes about their work and atmosphere. Best Mani/Pedi I've had in a long time, this is deffinaltely my new nails spot going forward!

My first time for pedicure so i have nothing to compare to. Comfortable. Customer service could be better. The woman doing my feet didn't speak a single word to me. It was very awkward.

Friendly staff and great work. I went there to get biogel nails and shellac nail polish and I loved it! Booking an appointment is very important and usually they’re not too busy. I broke a nail and they fixed it for me without having to wait or pay. Also the atmosphere is very relaxing and I enjoy my visits!

I went in as a walk in and they took me right away. I got bio-gel with shellac and three of the nails broke off after 3 days. I work an office job, nothing that would distress my nails and they managed to break off. However, they did offer to fix the nails if they broke off within a week of the initial appointment, for free.

Voted Mississuaga best new Nail Spa (by me). Incredible service and attention to details. Everyone who works there are total rock stars and they will treat you like one too! I am now a regular and will be back regulary for manicure, pedicure, and waxing. My guess is the people who left 2 stars on here have a gap in their personal life and clearly are not happy people.
Take those reviews with a grain of salt and focus on all of the rave reviews like this one!

My mom and I went for mani/pedi's today and we were very pleased with the service we received. This was our first visit to Scarlet Nails & Spa. Our nail technicians were Jojo and David. They took their time and were very thorough. We will definitely be going back!

I went for a pedicure today. The lady was in some hurry, she did not do the cuticles, just kept on washing the foot. I asked her twice that I am not satisfied, she ignored. There was no massage at the end. just few splashes of water. I went there first when they were new and it was good, I guess with time they don't care. my nail color is also of low quality. time and money wasted. I decided not to get manicure and left

It took an hour and a half to get a Brazilian wax and to take off shellac and get a regular nail polish change. The woman who did my waxing was a little slow and it seemed like she hadn't done many sugar waxes before. Then I got shellac taken off and regular polish put on. The girl who did my nails did a terrible job at first... another woman, Yasmin, came over and redid them all though and they looked great. Decent place, but I don't think I'll be back!

The first time I went to this salon I did not have the best experience. My nails were rushed and shaped poorly resulting in a very bad first impression. I decided to give this place a second chance and I was not disappointed. I was taken right away and given the best and friendliest service. Alex shaped my nails perfectly and really focused on giving me a perfect end result. I will definitely be going back and requesting him to do my nails!

Friendly staff and great work. I went there to get biogel nails and shellac nail polish and I loved it! Booking an appointment is very important and usually they’re not too busy. I broke a nail and they fixed it for me without having to wait or pay. Also the atmosphere is very relaxing and I enjoy my visits!

I went in as a walk in and they took me right away. I got bio-gel with shellac and three of the nails broke off after 3 days. I work an office job, nothing that would distress my nails and they managed to break off. However, they did offer to fix the nails if they broke off within a week of the initial appointment, for free.

Voted Mississuaga best new Nail Spa (by me). Incredible service and attention to details. Everyone who works there are total rock stars and they will treat you like one too! I am now a regular and will be back regulary for manicure, pedicure, and waxing. My guess is the people who left 2 stars on here have a gap in their personal life and clearly are not happy people.
