They did an amazing job at a reasonable price and my appointment didn't drag on longer than it should've. I was helped out immediately after stepping in (which normally never happens when I visit a nail salon) and they were very quick at getting a set of acrylics done for me. I've been going to this salon for years until I moved out from my parents house. Now, as I came by my parents hours I decided to do pedicure, I went back to this salon. The lady who runs the salon was rude and unwelcome. She told me to come in half hour saying they are busy, even though they had only one client! When I came half an hour later I still had to wait another 20 minutes! They didn't do a good job doing my pedicure either. Overall, not impressed at all. Ghetto salon with ignorant and rude staff. These guys are great! I go here for a shellac mani and occasionally for a pedi. The customer service is excellent and the girls are professional. They're always busy so call to book an appointment In advance. Colour are limited however the attention to detail and warmth of the owner have me going back. She makes sure you have a drink once you're seated. Most clients seem to be regulars. Read Less

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! If you happen to pick the OPI Infinite Shine Nail Colour be prepared to pay an extra $3. The owner's explanation is that it contains the word "GEL"!!! This information is NOT POSTED where you "pick your colour". The owner will tell you this as you are about to get your nails done!! It was a slow day so I'm guessing she was desperate for some extra change. Even if you took your own polish with the word "GEL" on it she will not give you a discount. I'm torn about this place. Came here today for the first time because it's close to my home. Had some good reviews and some bad. The good reviews were regulars and bad from one timers mainly about the owner. Tried it for myself. Called ahead to see if I could come for a biogel full set and a shellac pedi. They asked me to come as soon as possible and I did. I arrived and it was busy with 3 people getting their nails done and 3 employees. Place is rather small so it seemed full. They set me up right away and gave me the shellac colour examples. There was not many choices. Usually there is an abundance to the point to the point where I don't even want to look at them because there's like 20 options I like. This was not the option here. They have only like 30 colours which sound like a lot but as a woman, you know 30 colours isn't a lot. Especially most of the colours are pink or red. I feel like I will easily get bored of the colours and try most of the ones I like. I had my nails looked at in which we decided to do a full set instead of an overlay because I was missing the corners of my nails. My pedicure was done by a young girl and she was great. Very thorough and meticulous. She gave me a great pedicure. I also noticed great sanitation and the implements and tub were clean. The tub had a shower cap inside to ensure only my feet touched that area and single use tools were used (thumbs up) The owner did my bio gel set. She was taking 2 other girls while i was there also. Wasn't a huge fan of that but I didn't complain. My nails were okay. Some nails are bumpy with gel and the polish seemed rushed. Overall happy with my feet, but my hands are just okay. Not terrible but not flawless either. My full set costed $45+ $10 for shellac. My shellac pedicure was $50. The part I didn't agree with was the end price. Not because of the service but I was charged tax on cash (which lets be honest, never happens in these nail places) then I was given 5% off. I never have paid tax on cash so I was surprised of the extra $8. Overall may be back but will probably try some other places as well. Recommend coming here for pedicures but call ahead! Read Less

The staff was nice but i didn't like my nails at all.. Also there was a lady who wanted to get her french manicure and they wouldn't charge her for tax but then charged me. It was just really unorganized and not that great if an experience. I don't recommend this place. Read Less

Worst experience.... the lady there is very rude and doesn't know how to talk to people..... firstly she spoilt my eyebrows.... and my nails were done very bad with out any intrest....worst customer service....the gum she used while doing my nails is on my fingers and it hurts alot....and when i askd for a base coat on my nails she started arugeing with me saying that iam wrong....no one speaks to the customer this way....i strongly recommend people to not go there👎👎 Read Less

Horrible experience. I highly recommend not coming to this place. As soon as I walked in nobody greeted me, they just starred at me until I said hi and then I told the lady that I was just gonna look at the prices first then get something when my friend got there. As soon as I stood up she said if I was gonna get something and I said yes and she told me Coke back tomorrow because she was too busy and there not enough girls. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. Owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. I walked in for the first time today. Asked clearly the price to have shellac removed ONLY and nothing else as I had no time. The girl told me the price and I agreed. She put the acetone and foils to remove the shellac. A few minutes in, the girl tells me she got the price around and its actually double. I said well i asked clearly the price for the service when I walked in and decided to go ahead based on that price. The owner tells me the girl made a mistake, works part time, doesn't know the right price. I said regardless, if you quote a price to the customer then you should honour it. The owner says no problem, you don't like the price, we take it off and you go. I was so shocked. Had she even apologized once or even suggested a compromise, I would have stayed. They took the foils off with my shellac partly removed and did not clean up or anything. Told me I could go if I wasn't happy. I am in total shock! I only walked in there because it's close to my house and I needed a quick removal. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. With a nail salon on every corner, I'm surprised they are still in business. My absolute favourite place. I've been going here nonstop for two years. The owner and the staff know me by name, and they're the sweetest. Will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. I would literally show her pictures from Instagram and she'd get the same design. One time they gave me flip flops to take home so that I don't mess up my pedicure (I didn't have any of my own).
