As you probably know, just like finding a hairdresser, finding a good nail place is not easy. I’ve been going to this nail salon for 2 1/2 years now to see Mia for gel nails. She always shapes my nails exactly to complement my hands and exactly the way I want it. Very hard quality to find these days. and they always have the best and newest colours and fads. The owner, Kim, is also amazing. The girls here are very nice and all do quality work. I get tons of compliments daily on my nails and would recommend this place 100 times over!

Have made this my new nail spot and was really loving the service. I had a person in training doing the start of my pedicure and she was clipping the skin around my nails too close. Jumped a few times (pain) and though apologetic, I would hope to not have her work on me again until she's up to speed. Super friendly staff and they do a great job!

Many things to complain about his location, the one I recently experienced was that the mancurist already started doing my nails but another client came in saying they were in a rush. So they left me and started accommodatinf them! VERY rude and very unprofessional.

I love getting my nails done here at Cindy's location. This is the best nail salon in Mississauga that i have found. I always walk out with my nails on fleek. All the employees here are extremely friendly and nice! I always feel welcomed and very pleased with my beautiful nails. I have had the opportunity to have my nails done by the owner and the other employees they are all fantastic!! I use to get acrylic done until THE OWNER AND STAFF introduced ME to dip nails and its the best thing i have evr done for my nails! They are beautiful, healthy, long and never looked better! I love the owner and all the staff at the Dixie Outlet Mall location. If you want great and healthy nails, come here.! You literally pay for what you get! Which is awesome healthy nails!!!

Really disappointed with my latest visit - Having been a client for a long time it was surprising that I was treated as poorly as I was. The "dip" nails were absolutely gross (lumpy and unnatural look...
Really disappointed with my latest visit - Having been a client for a long time it was surprising that I was treated as poorly as I was. The "dip" nails were absolutely gross (lumpy and unnatural looking) and although I chose the color, I was told at the end it would have been suitable for another type of nail, not what I had. REALLY? Yet as another client sat down for the same service, the lady was very helpful to her in choosing an appropriate color for her style. Very disappointed Cindy. I guess you really didn't want me to come back.

I was a new customer, I went there do get a refill and the lady said I needed a full new set ( really I didnt). Then she tore my nails off very painfully and then over filed them, she proceeded to app...
I was a new customer, I went there do get a refill and the lady said I needed a full new set ( really I didnt). Then she tore my nails off very painfully and then over filed them, she proceeded to apply the new set keep in mind the whole time she's doing this she was being way to rough. She finished the application and started to shape the nails. This was the most painful experience I have every had while getting my nails done and she took way to long, after she was done I as...ked to see the manager and she told me the manger wasn't there ( I believe she was there) and then I explained my self and to her I was not satisfied. She begin to argue and yell at me telling me that I was rude and mean ( I was polite the whole time) not to mention that she kept changing me 5$ extra for color and length all though I didn't ask for extra length. She told me to pay 30$ + tax and after she still began to yell at me and to me that she was not finishing my service. This is by far the WORST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. (DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON) there over priced and can't do there job properly. And btw I work the the salon industry. See More

As you probably know, just like finding a hairdresser, finding a good nail place is not easy. I’ve been going to this nail salon for 2 1/2 years now to see Mia for gel nails. She always shapes my nails exactly to complement my hands and exactly the way I want it. Very hard quality to find these days. and they always have the best and newest colours and fads.
