First time going here today.. To start, they had 3 people working at 9:30 but booked maybe 7 appointments since different people are picking up the phone and there is no communication amongst them. BEYOND disorganized. Secondly, the guy who did my nails was SO rude. I had decided on a colour but was unable to find it when he asked me and his exact words were "we don't have time for this". UHM. I'm paying you, so really..? LASTLY. he didn't even massage my feet during the pedicure. I did not originally want to tip but did so reluctantly as I will NEVER come back here again. I've been getting my nails done (bio gel) for years at another salon. I recently had to switch and I chose to make this my new salon due to the reviews. Each time I've gone here I had a different nail technician, and each time I experienced a ton of lifting on all nails within the first few days. Each time I went back, I explained this, and each time the technician reccomend I try a different type of gel. However, regardless of the type of gel, or the different technicians, my nails are always breaking and lifting within the first few days. I have NEVER experienced this in the many years of going to my other salon. I really want to love this salon because the staff are nice and they get the shape perfect, but the quality is just not there. I hate to leave a negative review, the staff have good humor and are doing a good job, but I worry about moisture getting under the areas where there is lifting and it is more of a health concern for me. One of my favourite places to get Bio Gel nails done. Somehow, it's consistently well done, it takes 3 weeks for my nails to grow out without chipping, and they're pretty fast. The staff are friendly and nice, and the place is very clean. There is parking close by, and it's easy to find. I got a pedicure from here for the first time, and my feet looked great at the end. I went to LV Nails and Spa to get my nails done. This was the first place I decided to try in Mississauga. Now I know I won't be going anywhere else. My nails were done beautifully and beyond my expectations. The service was great as they were polite and making fun conversation. If you want to rush your heart out, trust me you can. Thr only issue waz that I made an appointment for 5pm and wasnt seen until 30-40 minutes later but I didn't mind too much. I got a great deal for my acrylic nails with multiple designs.
