I didn't like the service I got...... They could not find a bright yellow colour which I initially wanted. The ladies though nice just kept saying how my nails are too dark for the colour I wanted, though I have gotten white's, yellow's and many bright colours before. I found that overall they did not try to meet my needs and was left unhappy. I won't be visiting them again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They not only have the worst manners and are extremely RUDE, but also have hired the most unwanted seasonal workers who have somehow entered the country straight from Vietna...
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They not only have the worst manners and are extremely RUDE, but also have hired the most unwanted seasonal workers who have somehow entered the country straight from Vietnam (and I am not being racist or disrespectful but that seems to be hard truth based on their public display of deplorable behaviour). I don’t know how some other customers find them “fantastic”! Either perhaps those customers have never seen a proper nail salon before or have no taste at all. I am usually a very tolerant person but after I have been there with some relatives, I promised that I was not going back there again. These people are extremely unhygienic where they secretly use unclean and used nail accessories for pedicures. They also have very inexperienced staff who DO NOT know anything about foot massage. When asked even a single question about what “those residue on the nail buffer or the filer is” for example, they started ranting in their language to each other without even answering me. Even if a language is not understood, body language is more than enough to comprehend the whole conversation.
Yes, I have experienced it myself. One of my relatives was even rushed to a hospital emergency after one of their so called pedicurists had massaged her feet. She twisted my aunt’s foot in such a way that my aunt had a torn ligament.
When we went back to complain about the worker (by the name of Wee), they simply kicked us out stating that they had no time and were “busy”.
They deserve to be sued.
This is what you get for paying these savages.
Stay away if you honestly want a healthy life.

I used to work in Mississauga many years ago and Luxury Nails was my go to place for my acrylic nails - I was a loyal customer for 10+ years and always had awesome service. I left the Mississauga area and stopped wearing acrylics. I started wearing bio gel and Luxury Nail does the best job! I went back to luxury nail becaus e the other salons just don't do a good job! I see Candy - she's awesome! My nails last, they don't lift or chip etc etc. They service is great! I've been to a lot of other nail salons and this is still my favourite. .The prices are fair and often times, a lot LESS than other nail salons. Sue has done a great job with the Salon! I'd send anyone here.

I went in for acrylic nails...it should have been $25 and they charged me $41!!!!!!! And did a terrible job!!!
It was the worst expeirence ive ever had.. Nott happy with my nails or the price at all!!

they told us it's a 30 min wait but we ended up waiting over an hour to get our nails done and on top of that they didn't even do a good job in my nails. i would not recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible quality and customer service.
Went on a Tuesday to get shellac and at this point the service was fine. Then by Thursday they were all chipped (in a way I have never seen when I've gone elsewhere). I called them and she said that she could fix it with no charge but that they were busy. I called back Friday and she said they were busy and to try next week. I explained that that I wouldn't be in Oakville until later in the week and she said that was fine. I called on Friday and said I was coming in and she said she would have to charge me because I am not coming in within a week of getting the shellac. She said it was not a problem with the shellac but with my nails. I've been getting shellac done for 3 years in Mississauga and it usually lasts 2-3 weeks with no chipping. Would never go back here.

The ladies though nice just kept saying how my nails are too dark for the colour I wanted, though I have gotten white's, yellow's and many bright colours before. I found that overall they did not try to meet my needs and was left unhappy. I won't be visiting them again.

Went on a Tuesday to get shellac and at this point the service was fine. Then by Thursday they were all chipped (in a way I have never seen when I've gone elsewhere).
