The WORST shellac manicure I have ever received. I was asked if a 5 year old had painted my nails and also, the polish started chipping the next day. It was a complete disappointment as the other reviews were raving about this place. My best friend had to return to get her nails re-done because they botched her gel nails. Unfortunately, that wasn't a choice for me as I was leaving for vacation the next day for two weeks, and was stuck with hideous nails. Not sure if it was just the specific lady who did our nails, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing customer service by these ladies. For a basic pedicure it was a bit more expensive but you get what you pay for. She took her time with everything not rushed at all, painted nails very well and she was so friendly. Will return for pedicure. Only reccomendation is some of the color a bit outdated, maybe more brighter colors of pink blue rather than the large selection of dark shades.

This place is by far the best. I recently came for a pedi, wanted to try a new place. I am so happy I did. Super clean, organzied and friendly staff that know what they are talking about. They did not make me feel uncomfortable at all. Excited to come back and try more services!

We (Mom, sister and I) love the Lovely Nails team! Angie is literally like family! She always has the best advice for us and is so friendly to talk too! Wish there was a Lovely Nails closer to where I live. However, whenever I go in, it's so much fun catching up! The best service, very sanitary and just such an inviting place to relax! A place with one of the best staff! <3

I tried this salon today for the first time and found Kim & the staff there to be very welcoming and friendly. It's very nice inside and clean and my nails now look fantastic! Kim did them exactly how I like them as though she'd been doing them for years. I think they just got themselves a new regular customer and if you're smart you won't waste your time and money going anywhere else.

I really enjoyed my experience while at Lovely Nails - the ladies were wonderful. However, my shellac manicure peeled off within 3 days of having it done. For the price it is definitely not worth it.

Having lived in the neighbourhood my entire life, Lovely Nails is my go-to salon. The staff know my family that go to the salon by name and are always very welcoming when you arrive. Best of all, if your appointment is for 6pm, you will be seen at 6pm and not 6:15 or 6:20 like other salons that overbook. The salon is clean, conveniently located at Creditview/Burnhamthorpe and the parking lot for the complex is very large so parking is never an issue. Great place!

you know what this place would have gotten a 5 star rating, had they had better service. My nails always turn out messy and the polish is applied too thick. They really want to rush you so that they can have higher turnover. What really made me angry about this place was when I tried to return a product that broke and was brand new they couldn't take it back, or even provide anything in return. I don't believe you can't return something back to the wholesaler if a product is faulty, that's bad business and bad to sell faulty product on your shelves. For something that only costed 12 dollars and for that not to be able to be returned is bad business. They have lost me and everyone else I have introduced to that place, which if i calculated correctly it would be about 80 dollars a month. Good job there!! Definitely will be looking for another nail place!

The WORST shellac manicure I have ever received. I was asked if a 5 year old had painted my nails and also, the polish started chipping the next day. It was a complete disappointment as the other reviews were raving about this place. My best friend had to return to get her nails re-done because they botched her gel nails. Unfortunately, that wasn't a choice for me as I was leaving for vacation the next day for two weeks, and was stuck with hideous nails. She took her time with everything not rushed at all, painted nails very well and she was so friendly. Will return for pedicure. I tried this salon today for the first time and found Kim & the staff there to be very welcoming and friendly. It's very nice inside and clean and my nails now look fantastic! Kim did them exactly how I like them as though she'd been doing them for years. I think they just got themselves a new regular customer and if you're smart you won't waste your time and money going anywhere else.
