Use to be a good salon. Quality went down and so did the customer service. Lot of staff changes. They will fix any chip from shellac. Unfortunately I don’t have the time to keep going back during the very first week to fix the chips in my nails. Doesn’t happen any other salon I go to.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I got on my last visit here. Considering this place is in my area I was a regular customer here, I even knew all the workers names and had either had my nails done or eyebrows waxed by each worker at one point or another. Anyways, I came in without calling one time and politely asked if they had time to do a set of acrylics. There were only 2 ladies in at the time, one was busy the other seemed as though her shift was just ending. ...As I had not called and I saw her immediate hesitation when I asked I said "not to worry, what time works for you?". To this she told me to come back in 25 minutes and made me promise I would actually return. I laughed, said no problem, and walked to the nearby Clarkson Crossing plaza to kill the time. When I returned a wealthy looking family was sitting in all the massage chairs and every worker was busy. I watched as the lady who had made me promise to come back quickly turned her head to me and ignored me waiting at the front to be greeted. Finally, someone yelled "5 minute - take a seat!" at me. Frustrated, but trying to keep my patience, I sat down. After waiting 20 minutes I had enough and stood up to leave. Finally, the lady nearly jumped at me and said "okay we ready now!!!" as she saw me about to leave. I walked over to the manicure station, sat down and one of the ladies who is not very friendly began filing my nails. Just before starting the process she asked me what shape nail I would like to which I replied "coffin" (as this is the shape I always get at this place). She then tried to tell me to have them shaped in that way would be an extra $5. I told her I had gotten them shaped like that every other time I have came and they have never charged extra, nor did I see how the shape of my nails could alter the price. She rudely denied my claims, even after showing her photos I had of how they shaped them last time. That is where I lost my patience and got up and said "thank you but it looks like I will be finding a new nail salon". As a regular customer (who, not to mention, always tips well and isn't too picky) I was VERY DISAPPOINTED and UPSET by this experience. Not only did I waste half the time in my day but it totally ruined my mood. NEVER GOING BACK HERE. See More

I get my nails dove every 2 weeks. I have done this for probably 30 years. I wear my nails long. And I am a picker. Not always good combination. I went to see the ladies I was very impressed and happy with the finished result. They know that I pick. So they take the time to go over the edges carefully Great pedicure as well

I went and got a full set of acrylic nails, and within a week one had already broken off. After a week and a half I had lost 6 nails and the colour I had was fading away. Not only is the quality of their nails bad but the service is worse, they are rude and are annoyed when I point out things they've done wrong in my nails. For example, when they first painted my nails I noticed little bubbles appearing at the bottom and they got very annoyed and made it seem as if they did not want to fix it. I would 110% NOT recommend this place.

Been coming for a few months, and I only go to Amy, she does a fantastic job on my pedicures and shellac manicures. I have tried other places closer to home, and always leave disappointed. I'm just going to give up and keep coming here. Amy takes her time and my nails are always perfect. You will always get 3 coats of shellac and 2 top coats, unlike other places that only do 2 coats and 1 top coat. My nails NEVER chip! Even regular pedi's!

I went to this nail salon back on October 28, 2016 with my sister right before vacation. We purchased both, a manicure and pedicure from this salon. My sister had a male nail technician and she said that he did a good job with her acrylic nails. I, however did not have the same luck. I had a female nail technician, who should, under no circumstances ever do nails on a human being ever again. The same female performed both my manicure and pedicure and I ended up with three fingers sliced open by excessive sanding near my cuticles (they bled and stung the moment she asked me to wash my hands during the middle of my manicure) and two toe nails cut badly that I asked her not to continue. During the manicure and pedicure, I pointed out that she was being too rough, but whether it was a language barrier or her just not caring, she continued with the same vigor. When she noticed that my cuts were still bleeding she apologized, but at that point the damage had been done. No effort from management was made to make amends, although you couldn't pay me enough to ever go back there. I understand this in a business, and I know people complain unnecessarily for multiple reasons, however I noticed I am not the only one to complain about being cut badly by this salon. Ultimately, this is a health and safety concern, and I urge anyone considering going to this salon, to voice their concerns, and hope that management does something about fixing this problem. I run a small business myself and I am not looking to hurt anyone’s lively hood here, however, please ensure all nail technicians are properly educated with the proper techniques to safely service customers. I was in so much pain after the manicure and pedicure, I wish I had stopped her sooner. Sorry this review was so late in the making, but I hadn’t realized that my post did not go through the first time I submitted it back in the beginning of November.

I am currently doing a search to find a new salon in my area and jeez. I am reading the reviews and I can clearly see that they are not very good at bio gel nails so I will not be visiting. But what disgusts me, and caused me to write this review is how the owner (or whom ever is managing their google page) is responding to people. They are not even using proper grammar and spelling. But they are trying to justify that they are not wrong, the customer is wrong!! DISGUSTING. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS AND HOW THEY RESPONDED BEFORE YOU CONSIDER SUPPORTING THIS SALON.

I just came back from a walk in. I had to get my shellac removed and a manicure. The technician who did my nails was very pleasant. I was a bit worried with the shellac removal because my nails are very sensitive but she was gentle. She cleaned my nails and did my manicure. Best of all, she wasn't pushy like other nail technicians who encourage endlessly to do shellac or biogel. I was very happy with the end result and I feel that the price is very fair. I will no doubt come back here again.

Not only is the quality of their nails bad but the service is worse, they are rude and are annoyed when I point out things they've done wrong in my nails. Been coming for a few months, and I only go to Amy, she does a fantastic job on my pedicures and shellac manicures. I have tried other places closer to home, and always leave disappointed. I'm just going to give up and keep coming here. Amy takes her time and my nails are always perfect. You will always get 3 coats of shellac and 2 top coats, unlike other places that only do 2 coats and 1 top coat. My nails NEVER chip! Even regular pedi's!

I just came back from a walk in. I had to get my shellac removed and a manicure. The technician who did my nails was very pleasant. I was a bit worried with the shellac removal because my nails are very sensitive but she was gentle. She cleaned my nails and did my manicure. Best of all, she wasn't pushy like other nail technicians who encourage endlessly to do shellac or biogel. I was very happy with the end result and I feel that the price is very fair. I will no doubt come back here again.
