Went in for a fresh set of acrylics and they did a terrible job. The nails are thick and poorly done, very sloppy work. Will not go back and do not recommend. They were short staffed and kept telling ...
Went in for a fresh set of acrylics and they did a terrible job. The nails are thick and poorly done, very sloppy work. Will not go back and do not recommend. They were short staffed and kept telling walk-ins to “wait 15 mins” when the wait was over an hour, rushing every client in there. Don’t waste your time or money.

Terrible!! Although they were kind, the quality was horrible! First nail was cracking after 2 days (which they did fix for me) however by less than 2 weeks they were all Falling off and lifting! I pa...
Terrible!! Although they were kind, the quality was horrible! First nail was cracking after 2 days (which they did fix for me) however by less than 2 weeks they were all Falling off and lifting! I paid for the most expensive ones too (bio gel) I went to this place as it was closer to home for me than Vicky’s nails which I’ve been frequenting for many years and I wish I had just made the drive to Vicky’s. You Went to Vicky’s and they had to redo ALL of them. It’s now been over 2 weeks since I’ve had my nails at Vicky’s, not a chip, crack, nothing. Lesson learned.

Have gone here since they opened as Refinery - everyone that works here is kind and takes good care of my family when we go here. John does amazing work with UV gels. ❤

Going in this morning for my second touch up. Love my guy there. Wish they would get cable and ditch the crappy satellite dish they got (only reason for missing a star)

I've been going here for years and followed them after they moved from Clarkson Crossing. Friendly staff, quality service and ton of shellac colours to choose from.

Took my mother here for her bday with a group of girlfriends. Had a blast! Very sweet staff, clean, great service and the man who did my gel set was amazing. Wonderful place!

Terrible!! Although they were kind, the quality was horrible! First nail was cracking after 2 days (which they did fix for me) however by less than 2 weeks they were all Falling off and lifting!
