Never had a bad experience here. My shellac polish has always lasted 3 weeks plus as well as my reg pedicures. I even screwed up my pedicure 2 mins after returning home one time, went right back and they fixed it for me.

Got an acrylic manicure with shellac 3 days ago and 4 nails chipped when I went back to get it fixed they charged me for the horrible job they did in the first place. WORST NAIL PLACE. Horrible employees. The husband and his wife are rude and have no customer service skills

Terrible and severely unprofessional environment. Waited 20 minutes, yet a person who just came through the door was chosen to go next just because they were doing shellac which costs a little more than regular acrylics. Do not recommend. Prior times coming here, they have rushed and messed up my nails just to increase the amount of clients and tips they receive. Greedy and money hungry with lack of quality in their work. Would not recommend.

The manager did my nails and was constantly talking to others in their native language loudly and would give you one word responses when asked a question. Went to get a bio gel overlay and was talked into getting a shellac. It was my first time going here and the prices were a bit cheaper than my regular place. Thought of giving it a try and now I regret it. The paint job was terrible, no clean lines and nails bumpy. Walking out with a huge disappointment and wouldn't go back to this place again. I am not one to give a negative review, but need to. As I left I gave my feedback and the manager Alan didn't seem affected by the lack of customer satisfaction.

Will never go again !! Went there 2 weeks ago and and a nail cracked plus I took the nail polish off and the acrylic was coming off. Went back to get it fixed the guy re did everything then charged me...
Will never go again !! Went there 2 weeks ago and and a nail cracked plus I took the nail polish off and the acrylic was coming off. Went back to get it fixed the guy re did everything then charged me and the work was do bad. I do not recommend this pace at all.

I have been to this place many times and have decided I am never going back. the painting job is horrible and the employees never talk to you. I have had multiple occasions where they have either painted the wrong colour, design etc. the last time I went I had nail polish all around my nails and I was completely un-satisfied. I suggest not going here and can confirm I am not going back

Waited 20 minutes, yet a person who just came through the door was chosen to go next just because they were doing shellac which costs a little more than regular acrylics. Do not recommend. Went to get a bio gel overlay and was talked into getting a shellac. It was my first time going here and the prices were a bit cheaper than my regular place. Thought of giving it a try and now I regret it. The paint job was terrible, no clean lines and nails bumpy. Walking out with a huge disappointment and wouldn't go back to this place again. I have been to this place many times and have decided I am never going back. the painting job is horrible and the employees never talk to you. I have had multiple occasions where they have either painted the wrong colour, design etc. the last time I went I had nail polish all around my nails and I was completely un-satisfied. I suggest not going here and can confirm I am not going back
