I've been going to this salon for years and never had a problem. For medical reasons I had stopped going. I came back and got a bio gel refill and the technician said mid-way of doing my nails that she "wasn't feeling well" and someone else took over. Then I went recently for a full set of bio gel nails (and had made an appointment with the same tech) and she did a great job. Then I went last week for a refill and chrome nails (which were not done well and were cut too short) and as I was paying for it she said "I can go to anyone of the technicians. I don't have to come to her." I told her that I had specifically asked for her. (I even recommended her to a friend who went to see her last week). I asked her if she is saying she doesn't want me to come to her again" and she said "She was tired. I can see anyone of the technicians." I felt hurt by this because I didn't do anything wrong. I am a very agreeable person and very considerate and not demanding or anything. I asked her what the name of the technician is that was sitting beside her (because she seemed good and maybe I could see her next time) and she said "I can go to anyone". So I just went out to my car and was quite emotional. I have been doing my nails for years and have never had anyone say anything like that to me. It upset me. It wasn't good customer service. The very next day I called another salon (One Nail Lounge) and they did a removal and full set and I was treated with respect and they did an excellent job. I will never go to Diva Nail Zone again. It really saddens me, but I do not want to be subjected to that kind of treatment again. Not good customer service at all.

With nail salons, it's always last minute and Diva Nails has always accommodated me with my busy schedule. I always come in and see Jasmin, she always does an amazing job. Probably the most uncomfortable nail salon I've been in. I booked an appointment...came with a friend. The owner was just unpleasant - told us to sit and wait. I got up to look at the colour of nail polishes and he told me, "No. Sit down. You pick later." Rude...HELL YA! Mind you, we did not wait for more than 3 minutes, so that's nice. There was definitely a language barrier, and I am Asian. They kept pushing for shellac and my friend and I repeatly said we don't want it because it's ruined our nails - trying to explain they've become brittle. Anyhow, we separated when we got our french manicures done. As for their skill, my nails turned out ok. I'm far from picky. But my friend's nails...OMG! I was in shock. It was supposed to be a treat before her birthday dinner and I've never seen more crooked shaped nails and the skin around her nails looked like it was hacked off. I've been to several different Asian nail salons, so I know what to expect. But this was a whole other level of bad! It has been by far the worst experience (at least for my friend). AND I felt terrible for paying them to ruin her hands! I guess it's hit and miss here. If you are rushed and want the sweatshop experience, this is your place! :D

If there could be 0 stars that is what this place deserves. The manager or owner (who can't be referred to as a gentleman) was the RUDEST person! Didn't acknowledge me, wouldn't tell me how long I would have to wait for a simple polish change. When I went to look at what colors they had (& they have the lowest quality of no name polish) - he yelled at me for opening the nail polish bottle! That's when I turned and left. Terrible place

If I could, I'd put no stars at all. I had an appointment today at 4:20. I booked this appointment yesterday and I spoke with this Asian guy and he said that Ruby would see me today. So, I went there with my daughter as well but I was really disappointed because he double-booked my time, the girl Ruby was busy with someone else, I was just standing at the door and he told me to sit. I DID NOT come to sit. It was a waste of my time. I rushed to get there at 4:20 and I got nothing. The place also smelled really bad. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. The man who presumably runs the place is very rude and he doesn't care about his customers at all, or who walks in.

This is supposed to last two weeks if not more! The exact same thing also happen to my sister exactly one day after doing her nails! I don’t think i’ll be going back again.

I’ve been coming here for over a year now and I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else as long as Queeny still works there. She does such a great job! Very quick but not sloppy. I love getting a shellac mani and not have to be in the chair for more than an hour. She knows what’s she’s doing and I’m always happy with the results. Friendly staff.

I have been going to this salon for many years and absolutely LOVE going here. The staff is insanely amazing, the place is always very clean and I love that I can make an appointment and never have had to wait. Tina has been doing my nails for as long as I can remember and she does an outstanding job. She is so sweet and takes her time making sure my nails look perfect. I get compliments on my nails all the time and would never go anywhere else. Thank you Tina and staff for always being so wonderful and always making me feel and look great. I recommend everyone go here...they are the best!!!!

Friendly, amazing talent! Wonderful Spa... I have been going since April 1st 2017 and have had many different ladies attend to my ManiPedi shalac.. And like in many places there is an amazing artist and unique talent. Jasmine hands down has a wonderful personality and visual artist I love her creativity with my nails she's a fantastic artist. As for over all service from the entire team at Diva Nails wonderful!! Always get called back if I leave a msg. I like their late poli⋯⋯cy it keeps everyone respecting ones time. I broke my nail at work and called in asap to book n get it fixed...they told me to come in whenever and looked after me at no cost other places charge 20buks.. One tips the lady that helped ya though ...I have seen people walk in get one nail fixed and dash out without even saying thank you....I have a nail place next door to my house and have been paying same amount for less service The hot Rock massages amazing!! The entire place is clean too and thats important in my books. Sooo...Thanks a million Diva Nails I now drive 20 min to Diva Nails and am totally OK with that because they are Awesome 查看更多

I lived very far from the store, so I couldn't get it fixed right away, I called in on the 23rd to see if they can fix it for me, they said it's over a week, so they can't do anything for me. Many other stores can guarantee for 2 weeks no chip, shellac for only one week? Why did I spend $30+tax+tips for?? I wouldn't go there again. There are many other places won't even let you chip at the first place. Use your money wisely somewhere else!

Went for the first time yesterday. I walked in for a shellac polish change and was served immediately. Salon is super clean and relaxing environment. My nails look great. The nail technician I got though got straight to work didn't talk much at all and seemed disappointed when she kept suggesting I do a full manicure and I declined.

Good experience. Clean and fast service well done. I went in for a set of shellac without appointment was served promptly. Girl doing my nails could be a bit more friendlier though she kept pushing me to do the full manicure which I didn't want to do I just wanted shellac polish change. And seemed disappointed when I kept saying no and didn't really talk at all during the service afterwards. Overall would go again prices are fair.

The customer service is just down the drain, Tina is very rude and not professional, she rushed through and did not ask me before she attempted to cut my nails very short, i have been going there for almost a year and i always tried to avoid Tina as i have seen her with other clients and i did not like her attitude or work, today she forced me to do my nails, which i do not like at all! My appointment was with someone else but she didn't even reply to me when i told her my appointment is not with you. I will be looking for another place that appreciates my wishes and treat me well. Very unsatisfied

I've been going to this salon for years and never had a problem. For medical reasons I had stopped going. I came back and got a bio gel refill and the technician said mid-way of doing my nails that she "wasn't feeling well" and someone else took over. Then I went recently for a full set of bio gel nails (and had made an appointment with the same tech) and she did a great job. Then I went last week for a refill and chrome nails (which were not done well and were cut too short) and as I was paying for it she said "I can go to anyone of the technicians. I don't have to come to her." I told her that I had specifically asked for her. (I even recommended her to a friend who went to see her last week). I asked her if she is saying she doesn't want me to come to her again" and she said "She was tired. I can see anyone of the technicians." I felt hurt by this because I didn't do anything wrong. I love getting a shellac mani and not have to be in the chair for more than an hour. She knows what’s she’s doing and I’m always happy with the results. Friendly staff.
