I've been going to this salon for years and I absolutely love it! The service is exceptional and all the employees are very easy to talk to. They listen to your concerns and requests and never disappoint! It doesn't matter whether I call the day before or the day of to book my appointment, they never have a problem fitting me in. I just went for my last manicure and pedicure at this location... I went in last Thursday for a manicure and pedicure with shellac it has been 1 week and 4 out of 10 of my nails have chipped the polish line is horrible there is shellac on the cuticles.. very disappointing... The cost was $85 not including a tip which I regret leaving. My pedicure was rushed as they were closing so my toe nails look okay but my feet were still rough.. if you want a good job go to Chic Nails they are always busy but I see the reason why much better a job and better priced. If I had the option to give negative stars I would., 1 star is way above their standard. Worst experience ever! The lady that did my nails was huffing and puffing from the second she began as if she was doing something out of her job description. I booked an appointment to have an existing acrylic set removed and a new one put on. She seemed bitter about the time frame she had to work with near their closing time but I made it clear what I was coming for when I booked my appointment and the guy on the phone mentioned no issues. She was rudely texting on her phone after she sat down. She also didn't understand English so when I asked her to stop machining the same part of my nail bed she continued and I left my red tender spots on my nail beds!! I now have to wait weeks for them to heal before getting another set. I left with a botch job, she didn't even cut or file my nails the same shape! She cut half of a nail on an angle and the other half rounded, to be clear that's one nail nevermind the rest of nails which were cut squared, oval and round. My only recommendation is to NEVER go here! When I complained I was treated as if I was the problem not the awful job the tech did. I repeat NEVER GO HERE. The management there told me it was miscommunication because she doesn't understand English and also has a hearing problem... very convenient...... Read Less
