Let me start this by saying this review is actually for my second visit here. My first was simply mediocre.. it was for a shellac manicure. Not the best and lasted 6 days before it started to chip at the base. The girl doing my nails my 1st visit was friendly. And I sat right in the front so I didn't really see much of the salon. Despite the mediocre mani .. I decided to give them a second chance. I made an appointment. I walked in 5 min early and was seen right away. Although given a bit of attitude like "ugh.. fine I'll get up" It took 10 min to fill up the little bowl. So while I sat there waiting I looked around me. It was incredibly dirty. That should have been a sign to me. They clearly never clean. For example.. even the taps had crud on them as well as the lotion bottle top behind their little caddy they keep their supplies in. I tried to look past this as I had read good reviews before going. She asked for the color I chose and when i gave it to her she said that its a special color and will cost 3 more dollars. Then my pedicure last all of 7 whole minutes. This included a very rough (I get regular pedicures so there was no need for such rough treatment) .. unrelaxing experience. Finished by a literally scalding hot towel and a 5 second massage of each foot. At this point I was so flustered I asked her kindly to skip painting my toes at just let me go. So 7 minutes later I paid.. And she charged me full price. For 7 minutes of a horrible pedicure. She even tried to argue with me when I was paying. I just wanted to leave and leave in peace. They did a good job filing my nails, but when it came to the painting it was too thick to the point of air bubbles, left spots unpainted, had uneven designs on two nails, and generally looked sloppy for work done on a day that wasn't even close to busy. For that kind of job it was very overpriced. Read Less

Got my nails done here today for the first time (full set of bio gel) and they were so fast, friendly and clean. I swear I'll never go anywhere else. She knew exactly what I wanted when I asked, no hesitation. They make you feel comfortable and welcomed. On top of that the place is so cute and nicely furnished. My favourite part was the end when she gave me a hand massage after the nails were finished. It really makes a difference when people love what they do. 10/10. Love this place!! Xoxo Read Less

Awesome spot in Mississauga! Colour selection is on trend and they do great nail design. The place is cute, clean and cheerful. The staff is professional and experts in their craft. Very good value for the quality of work. I also appreciated Nina letting me wait in the salon for my ride even though it was already after closing hours. Just a wonderful local neighborhood spot! The BEST nail place I've ever been too and as a nail enthusiast I know when I come here I never leave disappointed no matter how crazy of a design I would like. I love this place. They always play a funny movie to keep you entertained. I almost never wait as long as I book an appointment (usually on Sunday mornings) and I get to relax in quiet. Not to mention they do a great job on manicures and pedicures. I have gone two times in one month and both times my gel polish did not even break or chip I simply wanted a fresh color! I went to get my nails done today since the previous reviews were so great but the service was horrible.Maybe it was just the girl who did my nails but the girl did a horrible job and she wasn't even apologetic. It was a refill and it took over hour and half and I didn't get designs or anything. It was thick, and the nails weren't smooth and it was just sloppy.  She got the paint around the skin and she didn't even bother cleaning until I told her. When I told her, she just filed it and asked if it's okay.  Then I had to tell her that there's no colour visible on the edge of my nails so she painted them but didn't even put a top coat on or anything and she still got it on my skin again.... I have been getting my nails done for a long time and I just like to keep mine simple so it's not even a difficult design or anything. This has to be the worst job I have ever seen. Read Less

Maybe it was just because it was the end of the day but I wasn't super impressed by my pedicure, it didn't look professional and only when asked did she clean off the residue of nail polish left on my toes.That being said they have a rigorous process of treating your soles. The only thing good about this place is that it does nice designs and has large stone collection. The work does not last. I have been doing bio gel nail extensions for YEARS. When first trying this place I was charged $5 more than most places in the area for a refill ($35, but I usually pay $30$ which was okay at first until I saw the result. They applied the shellac (non chip polish) between the layers of my gel fill.. After coating my shellac design in bio gel, they did not buff or smooth the nail, leaving it bumpy and misshaped. In less than a week my shellac and gel lifted. Not worth my money even though the design was nice, they did not last. I will not be returning. Read Less

Booked an appointment Sunday afternoon called ahead they prefer reservations. We were two and there were two very nice ladies taking care of us. They immediately asked us if we had already seen the movie playing, she actually put a new chick flick on for us that we ended up watching until the end. They put plastic bags in the foot bath to maintain hygiene. The environment was very classy and comfortable we had a good time. The staff was very friendly we didn't feel awkward as the ladies didn't converse in their language they spoke English. It was $35 for mani and pedi but separate $25 for feet and $15 for mani both with choice of colour. BRING CASH!! Save 10% and ask for a stamp collect 10 $25 off. We will be back, stones are designs are extra $5 (design for 2 toes). They provide you pricing and are capable to create all designs just show them a picture. Read Less

Looks nice... but didn't last more than a week. The gel is already lifting from my nail bed... took a long time and the girl who put on the nails was obviously a trainee...the girl who I assume was the owner did the design and touched up on her work too… We were 3 girls getting false nails put on, they had 2 girls working….
