Oh my heavens there isn't enough praise for this gem of a spa! I bought an amazing value package online for my mother's birthday and she couldn't stop talking about how friendly the staff were, the professional experience, the calming environment and the AMAZING treatment. This spa has excellent service. I stumbled upon this place quite by accident while visiting a restaurant next door. The place looks beautiful but the service is even better. I have been going here for the past year. I like to get my eyebrows threaded, and this is the perfect place! I find that not too many spa’s offer threading, but Spring Mist does! I usually get the owner, and she is very nice and pays attention to detail. She even goes the extra step to mini massage my brow area when putting after-thread cream on. This spa has never pushed any sales gimmicks on me, and I love that. I am in and out in no time, with wonderful service that follows. Well done Spring Mist! Read Less

I had the best experience at this spa. I received a gift card from co-workers just as I began my Mat Leave. The ladies who did my nails did a wonderful job, you can tell they take pride in their work. They take their time and do a perfect job! I felt really happy with the service I receieved. I received a gift certificate from my husband for my 40th birthday. I had a massage a facial, waxing, manicure and pedicure. Pam did everything for me and it was amazing. She took her time and spent almost 4 hours with me even after they closed I was there until 7 on a Saturday and didn't feel like I was rushed. I highly recommend this place it was incredible! I just went there for the first time for eyebrow waxing. Sarah did it and she was amazing! Very informative. I personally did not go, however I booked a package for my wife for her Birthday. Booking was amazing amd easy. I called in, but they have an option ti do it over the website as well. It was my first time visiting Spring Mist Spa & I decided to come to them due to all the great reviews.. they definitely lived up to them! The staff is so kind, always complimenting me, which absolutely made my day. I got my very first facial from Ivana, and she was just lovely. She is so knowledgeable, constantly giving me tips and informing me on next steps for my skin and products. She's such a sweet lady, and truly great. I have to admit this has been one of the best experiences I've had i probably 4 years. Ive been looking for a spa for almost a year. Sarah did my waxing I can easily say it was painless. And when can you actually say waxing is painless :) . The pedicure was absolutely wonderful. I took my husband for one at the same time and he fell asleep because they made him feel that comfortable and relaxed. I was beside myself. But to top it off. They asked me if I wanted something to drink. I asked for a coffee. They don't usually have coffees at spas and I forgot that...my fail. So they went out of their way and bought me a coffee and brought it for me. The details. They care about their clientele. I have already rebooked my next visit as well as my husband. i was looking for a place in Milton for regular skin care and found spring mist spa via groupon purely by chance. I have now used a couple of skin care services they offer and am extremely satisfied. Super friendly and easy going staff. Even upon a first visit you feel like your an long time guest. My mom and I had great pedicures. I am looking forward to getting my facials done here and trying some laser hair removal treatments! Update**** I had a fabulous facial today at Spring Mist Spa! My mom is a retired aesthetician and always gave the best facials... I've been to some of the best spas in Ontario and never found someone like her... but today Sara at Spring Mist spa came as close as you can to the facials I remember from my mother...check them out if you're in the Milton area!!!!
