Been going to the salon for years and love the owners and staff. Always friendly and willing to accommodate. Rules are simple: first come, first serve in order to ensure walk ins are accommodated. They engage, accommodate my daughter and always make sure I'm happy with the results and if ever I have an issue (which is rare), they are quick and efficient to fix it and bring it up to my expectations. Not happy with my experience. The oldest that works there was the one that did my pedi, not sure if she's the owner or not. Very rough and painful with the exfoliating scrub. After that was done, she asked me to move to a chair (where they do hands) so she can paint my toes. She sat in her seat and I had to put my leg up underneath the desk to her chair to paint them. I really don't understand her logic for doing it this way as it was EXTREMELY uncomfortable to sit that way. Then she kept telling me to keep my feet still, which, was close to impossible the way I was sitting. It wasn't so busy that they needed the pedicure chair for someone else so I could at least be in a comfortable position while she did it. I got a shellac French done and it looks like a mess, most toes can't even see the French from far, you have to look closer to see it and then you realize it's not not straight and there's white where there shouldn't be.
