I’ve been to this location a couple times before for a pedicure and had a great experience. My third time I came with my mom later in the evening (6:15... the salon didn’t close until 8:00). Everything went ok besides the bath leaking a lot of water out onto the floor. Everyone was very nice. After we were rushed out because they said the were closing (it was 7:20..) they wrapped our feet with plastic which obviously didn’t work and got home and everything was smudged. I came in the following day and I’ve never been treated so rudely. This young girl behind the desk was absolutely awful towards me and to completely honest I was not upset at all.. I came in smiling just asking for a fresh coat of paint. I will not be coming back here solely from this lady. Terrible customer service on her part and needs to be spoken to by the owner. Read Less

The ONLY place I will get my nails done. Annie is MY girl - love her, she's AMAZING. Think I've been to almost every nail salon in Milton and since finding Annie and this place, I'll never go anywhere else. I've converted friends and even have friends that drive from out of town to see her. The entire staff is great and make you feel welcomed like family. Worst pedicure ever.... The worst thing about a pedicure is when the job is rushed... and that is what happen here. Firstly I did not see her unwrap the tools to ensure that they were cleaned. Or even wipe them down with alcohol in front of me...She was so rushed to take off my shellac that she grinned them downtown instead of soaking it off. Cutting my cuticles she did not finish the job she rushed them and they now look  worse then when I first arrived. She used the stone twice on each of my heels to clean off the dead skin .. however they were so rough she could have spent a couple more minutes on that to ensure they done nice... Before she started the massage portion her next client came in and so she put clean on my legs and I got no massage just a hot towel not even hot stones.... When it came to the paint job it was all lumpy. It was not applied correctly When it came time to pay .. I called earlier to as the salon their prices .. the gentleman on the phone told me it was 30 dollars as there was no cost to remove shellac .. however that wasn't the case when I got them he said it was 35 dollars ... I asked why and he said you need to pay for shellac removal and I said well that is not what you told me over the phone.. he said oh sorry I am new .. which is a lie .. his Mary's husband and has been there for a long time !!! I like this place a lot! They did a good job on my nails and they are super nice! Two weeks later my nails still look good! My only negative comments about them is that they are not very sanitary but I bring my own supplies anyway so thats fine. Also I went in for a shellac manicure/ regular pedicure and I guess everyone was busy they did my manicure first and because I could not wait an extra 40 minutes after my pedi for my nails to dry, I had to do shellac pedi just to finish earlier. When I first came here I thought it was great, even the second time. Now, I think the service is awful and they don't care. Last two times I had them done the shellac on my nails were cracking and chipping after a week. I went in to get them fixed today and told Kim and she said I don't know you didn't boom with me I never did it - talk to Mary so I did and she did not seem to care and said okay come back in 30 minutes. I will never come back here again and I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. Bad service - very disappointed. Read Less

I have been going to Mary here for over 18mths. I came in after my previous nail place kept butchering my nails. I was always having them peel or fall off, mainly bc they never paid attention while doing my nails bc they were on the phone at the same time. (If you have been u know the place.) Mary was my savior! My nails look great now. They last much much longer without problems (and I am tough on my hands). I love coming here everyone is friendly and professional. I would like to give this place a zero but there is no option for that. I went here with my mom to get mani-pedis. Horrible service, the most rushed mani-pedi ever. They barely do anything just soak your feet in water and rub some nasty green gel all over it. They don't do a good job removing dry skin. The girl who did my manicure had a towel filled with the last customers finger nails on it! She then said 'oh let me clean up" and proceeded to dump the nails on the floor and re-use the same towel!!! Very unhygienic. She reused the same towel that was already dirty. She rushed the manicure, and kept painting globs of nail polish on me that would not dry properly. It was so bad that when I took it out of the heat lamp it smeared. She would not fix it even though it was her fault for putting globs and globs of nail polish on my nails. She did the same thing to my mom and kept making mistakes and kept saying its my moms fault for not staying still! She then blamed us and said that we should get shellac polishes and no one gets REGULAR manicures anymore for this reason, because its easier for them to do shellacs. Awful service, unhygienic practices and I will be reporting them to Public Health. Read Less

Mary gets the job done!!! She has done my nails twice already and does a fantastic job! Two of my nails were short and broken and she made the tips look like my natural nails! Also I have been getting shellac done for years and the brand they have at NFY outlasts any other brand that have been applied to my nails at other salons! Read Less
