I went in for a walk-in, to get some acrylics. I knew it would be my fault if they couldn't fit me in, and I was so sure they wouldn't because it was before valentines day. Getting a full set requires work and I wanted stiletto shape and nail art so I knew that I was asking for a lot of time. I went in, and they welcomed me warmly and I was in and out in a great amount of time. I have never had stiletto nails look that good and be that beautiful. First of all I would like to state that this is one of the BEST nail places that I have ever been to. I’ve never cared for a specific place to get my nails done, but after coming here after just ONE experience, about 4 years ago, I told myself I’d never go anywhere else but this place again. Tammy is one of the sweetest ladies, very hard working, very meticulous with her work, and always make sure nails come out looking PERFECT. All the ladies and gents at Nail Zone Milton make sure of that actually, so I really highly recommend going to this place. My boyfriends mom recommended this place to me when I moved to Milton from Toronto. The staff is wonderful, they do a great job, reasonably priced and it is very clean! Went there to get my daughters nail done. The person doing the nails kept bumping up the price on us and was very passive with us. She seemed almost upset to get our business. Very poor service before she even started. We left and got her nails done down the street where they were more welcoming.Read Less

Would not recommend for waxing. I'm new to the area and stopped in for a wax. It did not appear clean at all. The girl kept leaving to find a wax roller that worked. She did not seem like she had done a leg wax ever before. It was an expensive wax and I had to touch up all the places she missed when I got home. I recently moved to Milton and this was my third visit in two months. I am a regular for getting my nails done. I had made an appointment for 6:30 but ended up seeing if I could come earlier. They said yes (great). I arrived at the salon at 5:15 where after about 10 minutes wait they put me in a pedicure chair. I waited in that chair for over an hour before anything was done. When I was on to my manicure, the owner (Tammy) was sitting at the unit beside me working on another client. She complained to that client (loud enough that I could hear) that one of her employees had made a mistake telling me that I could come early, "Like she doesnt have anything better to do". Jolie did a wonderful job on my manicure but I was at the salon until just after 8 (past closing time). That's 3 hours which is unacceptable If I would have come in at my scheduled time who knows how late I would have been there. Even the owner Tammy was gone before me. What really upsets me is not the time, but that I didn't get an apology or an offer of a discount on the services I received. That's 3 hours and $120 I'll never see again. Read Less

Oh my lord!!My fav place to get a mani done.They just do a brilliant job period.So this is a decent size nail spa with ample amount of parking outside in a busy plaza.Ambiance:This isn't  any fancy nail salon it's one of those neighborhood nail stops.They have 6 water chairs or whatever those are called and I believe 6/8 tables.Its neat and clean I would give the ambiance a 7/10.Ladies working here are perfectionist I usually go to Susan whose amazing.Tammy is the owner and is always there, she's a ball of energy.It's easy to get appointments there if you call ahead and I recommend booking one cuz they are fairly busy. Will definitely be coming back to this nail zone! I've spent the past two months having horrible trial and error trying to find a decent place to have my nails done and I finally found a place that exceeded my expectations at a great price! The consideration they give to making sure your nails look perfect is simply amazing. I had a pedicure with Helen and my toes have never looked so good! She shaped them correctly, painted them correctly, scrubbed the bottoms of my feet correctly and even when I smudged nail polish off after I left, they allowed me to come back the next morning to touch it up. Nail Zone is an amazing nail salon!  And a great place for all waxing!  The managers ensure that all nails are top notch before customers leave.I have been going once a month for two years straight, and am always impressed.  My shellac lasts 4 weeks.  I go in for free touch ups in between.Tammy and Suzanne are so wonderful! And ensure you get what you pay for! The only thing is you have to make sure you tell them how long you have! They take their time sometimes to ensure a wonderful outcome that they 100% stand behind. Nail Zone Milton is an exceptional establishment right on the exit of James Snow Parkway. Whenever I come in with my girlfriend because she needs some things done, she is always treated like a valuable guest by all the staff members.
