I just left hannah Q nails for my 1st time and I am not very happy and I am honestly not the type to complain or even write reviews but I left there thinking I had to. I called earlier today to see if they do dipping powder.. they said yes. I walk in and I am asked to sit down. The lady ask me to pick a colour which I thought was weird but I did so anyway. I am then asked if I have shellec or normal polish. I told them neither. I have dipped powder (it came in different colours) they then told me they do it different. They use clear powder and paint over it and if they is what I want then I would need to remove my current and put new one on. I wish they would have told ne that at the time i booked the appt but ok, thats fine. At this time it is getting close to closing so she did not look impressed that she had to take it off and put a new set on. I said just remove and put normal polish on and left it at that. The job was done horrible. The ends of my nails feel rough.She did not file it down nicely. The nail polish is uneven and she did not wipe the excess nail polish off at the sides. I was asked to sit elsewhere to dry my nails and then forgot about. 15 mins later i ended up checking it myself paying for the service and walking out. I had high hopes for this place but I will not be going back. The care and customer service was not there. Read Less

Whoever gave this place a bad review, shame on you! Great service, Amazing prices and do everything you want without hesitation. Recently I've been paying 60-70$ just for a refill with shellac, and although I always ask for stiletto, they do oval or rounded. These LOVELY and friendly people did EXACTLY as I asked. We always go for a girls' day to Hannah Q, the salon is beautiful and clean. The owners are lovely and most of the technicians do fabulous work. However this last time I went, I received a technician that my mother has gotten twice and has mentioned to me that her work wasn't the best - I unfortunately am not happy with mine after my latest visit. She sat at the second station from the front. My nails were filed super thin and are all crooked (even after I mentioned it looked funny to me). I was there for almost 2 hours for a shellac polish change. Read Less

Leo and Trang are great at nail designs! I've been going there for about 2 years and just moved to Toronto but still come to them for my nails. Everyone knows your name which I love and they seem to really care about you. Read Less

Everyone that works at Hannah Q Nails does such an amazing job every time I come in :) It's a friendly and clean atmosphere and they play great movies that you can watch while getting your nails done. I drive all the way from Hamilton because they do that great of a job :) Highly recommended! Read Less

This review is for the awful customer service experience I've ever had. The first time I visited I had a great experience. So I decided to come back yesterday for a manicure. The nail technician was Dung and she was so rude. She noticed that I had some leftover shellac on my nails. It was barely anything that I could just peel it off myself. She speaks in Vietnamese to the owner and asked if she should charge me for the shellac removal. Whatever, she can charge me for that. That's not why she was rude. She then starts painting my nails and then realizes she was supposed to give me a manicure. She then asks if I want a manicure. At this point I'm confused because my nails are half way done being painted. She then starts speaking in Vietnamese again. She's like this girl doesn't even know what a manicure is. She said it in the tone where she makes you feel stupid. Stupid thing is she doesn't even know I understand every single word she's saying. She should watch what she says because you never know what your customer's background is. At this point I'm pissed off and I just tell her to forget the manicure. The service previously was good but Dung ruined it terribly. I enjoyed my first experience so that's why I drove from Mississauga for another great experience. I will be calling the nail salon to provide feedback in case they don't see my review. Read Less

They did a fantastic pedicure for me, which lasted a good 3 weeks. I'm rating 3 star due to my gel nails experience. The finished product looked as though they had been growing out for a week on most of the nails.I asked them to take the gel closer to the cuticle. They said they hadnt finished, so I settled down and allowed them to finish. They asked if I wanted shellac, but didn't tell me it was an extra $10. The polish looked uneven, there are what looks like 2 little tiny bubbles on a nail and it is actually wearing off at the tips already. It has been on for 3 days.. For $70 I'm not overly impressed. Best nail salon in Milton!Leo and Trang are such a lovely couple and they treat you like a friend. Leo is a true artist when it come to creative nail design - just check their Instagram account. And you can relax in a awesome massage chair if you want a pedicure while watching Netflix on a big screen. Read Less
