I got a manicure with gel nails and a pedicure. The pedicure was decently done, but the solar gel was terribly done. It looked bulky and uneven in places, I had to correct the person who was doing them. The paint job was also poor. Waste of my money. and to make it worse, 2 of the nails popped off after just 2 days. The rest came off 4 days later. Overpriced and not worth it.

I have been coming here for years and I am usually pleased. However, for the second time my appointment time has meant NOTHING. I booked an appt today for 3pm and at 4pm they were finally ready to see me. I walked out. I stayed from 3-4 because I also booked with a friend. 2 other customers walked in after me and were seen before me because they too had an appt. So apparently there is a 2 tier appt system. After 5 years of coming here. I will NEVER go back.

First of all, way overpriced. Second, the shellac came off after 2 days and when I called to let them know and ask them to fix it, no apology was given. I went in and the lady that did my nails the first time was "fixing" her mistakes with a long face, she started to apply the final clear coat again on all my other nails "just in case" and she messed up another nail and when I showed her it, she refused to fix it and said that it's fine. It's not fine.
I would have given them 0 stars if I could. Never going back. Bad quality material, terrible service and they're not the cleanest of places.

Great place.... walked in Midday, greeted by friendly staff. Had a shellac manicure and pedicure and eyebrow wax.....would recommend. Clean!

Please save you money and go somewhere else. My regular place was booked and i needed my nails done badly so ibooked for a shellac nail and reg pedi. and I didn't even finish my appt. I got a very young guy that seems to help out on the weekends and first of all the pedi is just cutting nails and a scrub. I had to tell him 3 seperate times my nails needed to go shorter. And my pedi looks like my 4 year old son did it. The worst pedi I have ever received and I go every 2 weeks.
I should have listened to the reviews. Go at your own risk

Went to coco nails on the weekend with my bestfriend and we were both disappointed with the results. I got a french shellac manicure and she got a regular colour mani...my shellac looks decent but this morning (the day after i got it done) i noticed the base of my nail is peeling...ridiculous! My friends was horrible, she could have done a better job herself. I won't be returning and i'd recommend you try an alternative nail place.

Decided to try out Coco Nails today for a pedicure and was pleased with the service. I was 5 minutes late but was able to be serviced within 10 minutes when I arrived.I booked an appointment for a full pedicure which lasted about 30 minutes. The nail technician lady was friendly and did a good job on my feet. The foot massage and sugar scrub were definitely my favourites! They have a large selection of nail polish colours to choose from. You'll definitely find more than one colour you will want. My heels were pretty dry prior to the pedicure but is now softer. There's only a bit of dryness on a small spot on one of my heels.I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in the area!

I loved this little gem. I do not live in town but when I'm around the area I will definitely come on for a mani/pedi. I get this older lady, I think her name was led. She sZ great and did not rush.

I had a great experience here. I'm so happy to have found such a nice salon so close to my home. I had Susan do a shellac on my hands and just regular polish on my feet. She took her time and didn't pester me to do a mani&pedi as some other salons will tend to do. The overall atmosphere was very nice, and the salon was very clean with such pretty decorations. It was only $32 for the shellac hands and regular polish on the toes! Super cheap and superb quality.

This was my first visit and I had Tina providing me with a manicure. The atmosphere was very nice and refreshing. Even though it was only a refill with shellac polish she took her time making sure I was happy with the outcome. I can't wait to go back in a couple weeks.

I got a manicure with gel nails and a pedicure. The pedicure was decently done, but the solar gel was terribly done. It looked bulky and uneven in places, I had to correct the person who was doing them. The paint job was also poor. Waste of my money. and to make it worse, 2 of the nails popped off after just 2 days. The rest came off 4 days later. Overpriced and not worth it.

I have been coming here for years and I am usually pleased. However, for the second time my appointment time has meant NOTHING. I booked an appt today for 3pm and at 4pm they were finally ready to see me. I walked out. I stayed from 3-4 because I also booked with a friend. 2 other customers walked in after me and were seen before me because they too had an appt. So apparently there is a 2 tier appt system. First of all, way overpriced. Second, the shellac came off after 2 days and when I called to let them know and ask them to fix it, no apology was given. I went in and the lady that did my nails the first time was "fixing" her mistakes with a long face, she started to apply the final clear coat again on all my other nails "just in case" and she messed up another nail and when I showed her it, she refused to fix it and said that it's fine. Please save you money and go somewhere else. My regular place was booked and i needed my nails done badly so ibooked for a shellac nail and reg pedi. and I didn't even finish my appt. Went to coco nails on the weekend with my bestfriend and we were both disappointed with the results. I got a french shellac manicure and she got a regular colour mani...my shellac looks decent but this morning (the day after i got it done) i noticed the base of my nail is peeling...ridiculous! My friends was horrible, she could have done a better job herself. I won't be returning and i'd recommend you try an alternative nail place.

Decided to try out Coco Nails today for a pedicure and was pleased with the service. I was 5 minutes late but was able to be serviced within 10 minutes when I arrived.I booked an appointment for a full pedicure which lasted about 30 minutes. The nail technician lady was friendly and did a good job on my feet. The foot massage and sugar scrub were definitely my favourites! They have a large selection of nail polish colours to choose from. I had a great experience here. I'm so happy to have found such a nice salon so close to my home. I had Susan do a shellac on my hands and just regular polish on my feet. She took her time and didn't pester me to do a mani&pedi as some other salons will tend to do. The overall atmosphere was very nice, and the salon was very clean with such pretty decorations.
