Was on the hunt for a new, clean, and affordable nail salon when my friend and I saw this post with the great reviews. Unfortunately it was not so great for us. The staff are nice enough, and I liked how they lined the tubs for the pedicures, but unfortunately that's all they really had going for them. Shortcomings: We made an appointment for Saturday morning and while it wasn't packed, the experience was very rushed.  They overbooked their appointments and rushed thru our  Mani/Pedis . For $40 they didn't  bother to soak our cuticles, or provide a decent foot scrub. The paint job was only so so as well. Don't bother going for the extra $3-5 for the higher quality OPI brand that the staff claim will last much longer and prevent chipping (see pic 3 days later). Won't be coming back. Horrible job. My friend and I went for refills and generally a full set costs $25-$35. Also, refills uslly take 45 min. I paid $65 for a refill and left an hour and 45 minutes later. My nails are acrylic yet some how they filled it with Bio Gel? We both hate our nails and need to go get a full new set and spend even more money when they should have been done right the first time. We will never go back there again. An absolute scam and a horible job. We have PTSD from this experiance. Read Less

I had my nails done twice by this salon and was left impressed both times. The place is clean, bright and sanitary. Both technicians really took their time in preparing my cuticles and ensuring my nails were done the way I preferred. I opted for gel nails with extensions and they were extremely durable. The outgrowth on my nails was a result of over 2 months. They are busy though so book a recommendation in advance! Read Less

I can't believe it's taken me this long to write a review. I've been going to Signature Nails Boutique for about 6 months now - not for the location, they're about 20 minutes from where I live so I definitely have closer options, I first discovered Signature because of their amazing online rating. They definitely deserve it. In my 6 visits I've been met with nothing but kind and professional customer service, and my nails always come out looking amazing. Suggestion: I would definitely recommend booking an appoint - none of my appointments have ever been put on hold, so once you arrive they'll definitely be ready for you. Read Less

First time coming to this nail salon and I loved it! Making it my new go-to. Came on a Sunday with a friend and it was pretty busy, I would recommend making an appointment beforehand. The place was sanitary and service was great. I showed Helen a picture of what I wanted and she replicated it perfectly. She's extremely detailed and recommends shape, colours and designs. Price is reasonable, at $35 for shellac. If you pay by cash, there's no tax but tip well because these ladies deserve it!! Read Less

Excellent pedicure here. The shop interior is so pretty - feels a little small but it's still very nice. Service and quality are great. They are really kind here and let you take your time to pick the right color. Price I found somewhat a bit more pricey than most places ($50 for shellac pedi) but it was worth it. Read Less

This was one of my first nail experience and I'm so glad I chose to go to Signature! I've never gotten my nails properly done, except back in Grade 12 (got acrylic-was not a fan), so I had no real idea of what to expect at all. I called a couple days in advance to book an appointment and the lady asked for later time to make sure I did not collide with another appointment prior which was totally acceptable. (Shows they are care about their clients time). I went in for gel extensions and nails which are $55 and turned out amazing. When I walked in, all 3 nail techs were busy with clients so I had to wait about 10 minutes but they had a nice seating area and it was nice out. I could tell the 3 girls were working their hardest to multi task between clients and phone calls (phone rang every 10 minutes). They answered every call with professionalism because they didn't have a receptionist the girls took turns answering the phone. My manicure took about 2 hours for the whole process of extensions and curing. (I never got my nails done before so I did not know it took that long. I wanted to get a pedi too but since it took longer than I thought I returned a different day.) Just went for a pedi, yesterday. Still very impressed. Exact same service and precision was put into their work. I really liked how for their pedicures they use a plastic wrap around each sink and dispose after each use. The chairs are also massage chair and they even massage your buttocks!Vicky was my tech both times. I really liked how she handled my nails. She was super gentle and precise. Never once did she clip me. She also has really nice nails of her own! There are a ton of colours to choose from, regular, shellac and gel all available. They do not do acrylics! From what I have seen Weekends tend to be fully booked so I suggest calling ahead maybe a day or two if you want a weekend appointment. The girls are always busy and all are super sweet! I'm a regular, and honestly after this appointment I couldn't not write a review... I love Signature! Every aspect from clients are treated, to the close attention that is paid for the whole duration of my appointment, the quality of their work, the list goes on.I usually come for normal manis, shellac, eyebrow waxing, and today I went in for gel with extensions. I'm absolutely in love with my nails, and am so impressed by the shape and how my cuticles were treated nicely, before and after. One of the best nail experiences I've ever had!The place is big, sanitary and very nice - they have mani, pedi service and eyelash extensions/waxing services. Lots to offer at reasonable prices!Gel nails + extensions are $55! Jo was my nail tech and she did an amazing job - it was one of those fancier places that take care of your cuticles and give you a hand massage + hot towels after. They make sure each client is satisfied and happy! She spent a long time on my cuticles and never hurt me once, which doesn't happen a lot with my usual nail techs. She was patient even when I changed my nail colour a few times after the colour combo didn't turn out as I thought. She made sure I was happy with each step as she asked me if everything was okay every time she added a colour or layer.She also did an amazing job - she put the gel so close to the cuticles and it looks absolutely gorgeous. I think they can do subtle patterns and stuff too, but they have a large colour selection. They take their time to actually get your nails to the length and shape you want it. Also, I couldn't decide on a colour so they took the time to let me try a few colours to see which one would suit me best and made suggestions. It was really nice!
