I have never written a review for any business but I really have to for my experience at this salon. I wish 0 stars was an option. I am completely disappointed and can’t believe that customer service could be this horrible. I made an appointment for 12 for my friend and I. My friend got there at 12 and I got there 15 minutes later. Neither of us were greeted and were told to sit down and wait. We waited 45 minutes and they did my friends nails and then I waited for an hour and a half as they let other customers get their nails done. I did nothing to deserve that and when I asked for a manager I was told that there was no manager there. 5 minutes later a man came up to me and told me that he was the manager and that it was acceptable that I waited there for over an hour and a half. He then started to get mad at me when I told him that it was not okay to ignore me the way they did. Completely disrespectful and honestly just downright sketchy. I did not even get an apology at all. This is genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere ever in my life and just wanted to give a warning to anyone that was thinking about going to this salon. I left in tears for the way I was treated.

Have been coming to Dylan at Nice One Nails since January. He is very skilled at what he does. He listens to your ideas (if you're anything like me and always get so distracted by the designs they off...
Have been coming to Dylan at Nice One Nails since January. He is very skilled at what he does. He listens to your ideas (if you're anything like me and always get so distracted by the designs they offer and want ALL of them) which isn't always easy. He tries and tests them out to see if it works and is always willing to work with you. Never a dull conversation while he works away. The salon is well equipped with staff and they are always honest about timing if you're a walk in. The salon is kept clean and well maintained and they do take appointments which is a bonus. Thank you Nice One Nails for always welcoming me back and making me feel beautiful.

I complained to the owner / Manager when I paid, if you didn't work hard to fix the problem then, I don't think you leave an option for anyone to try again.
I showed you that my nails are not even filed properly and you agreed and ignored.

The nail dipping powder, though a bit more expensive, lasts about 10 days longer than Shellac. Also takes a little longer for the whole process. Friendly atmosphere. Ample parking

They are reasonably good. I have taken 3 times shellac nails here. No problem. One time my one nail chipped in 4 days. They fixed it right away. Anna was good . Manicure was good as well. It's nearby ...
They are reasonably good. I have taken 3 times shellac nails here. No problem. One time my one nail chipped in 4 days. They fixed it right away. Anna was good . Manicure was good as well. It's nearby nail salon to me. I recommend everyone to take service.

Finally decided to make a move to a different salon since I was not completely happy where I was. I'm SO HAPPY I came to Sunshine Nails!! Amy did a fabulous job and am looking forward to going back!!

So professional salon. Ped&mani combo just 30$ and they use liner in the tub, so super clean. Dylan make alot of nails design by powder in his store. I'm really really recomend, people come this place...

The salon so clean and mordern. I got pedicure and they put the liner in the tub so make me not worry anything about fungus and after that i got an uv set by Dylan and something fancy design on my nails, when i'm done i should say thanks you so much the design i never ever seen at some salon in GTA, he make by powder color. I want to say Dylan is the best nails tech in GTA. He also show me his intagram! It's very very cool design he did on there.
So i would like strong recomend people should come here to get nails and toes done.

No offence to the lady who drives from Barrie to Markham to get her nails done by Dylan however, I live down the street and will never be returning here again. Dylan has no idea what he is doing, he made all of my cuticles bleed from how deep he was cutting them. Then i asked for a design on the tip, just a strip of gold, he gave me a clump of a line. My boyfriend had come with me and the lady giving him a manicure was so nice but again had no idea what she was doing. His nails look like he bit them instead of filed and shaped. Waste of money.

The worst customer service. Got nails done and by the next day it was all smoking and gray. Called to get it fixed and told my fault. Made an appointment to get them redone and told my fault. This is what happens when you have OLD shellac nail polish. Terrible experience. Didn't even offer to give me money back. Such a shame.
If I could give negative stars I would. A one is too good for them.

I messaged the page last night and was so surprised someone replied and they were able to take me first thing in the morning. The inside of the place is really clean and Dylan did my nails. He was awesome. My nails looked exactly as I wanted. I wanted a square coffin in matte shellac with jewels on the ring finger. I walked out loving it.I would highly recommend this place !

My daughters and I walked in without an appointment on a recent Saturday afternoon and we were all welcomed in immediately and had 3 manicures done very quickly. Really nicely done for all three of us. One of my girls had a French manicure and she was very impressed with how beautifully it was done. I paid $37 for the three of us. I rarely get our nails done but this seemed very reasonable to me. Great place!

Best manicure & pedicure with the best leg rub ever. Entire shop is pleasant from the aromatic incense to the Zen music. A very relaxing experience. Girls are wonderful.

I have never written a review for any business but I really have to for my experience at this salon. I wish 0 stars was an option. I am completely disappointed and can’t believe that customer service could be this horrible. I made an appointment for 12 for my friend and I.
