If I could, I would give this salon 0 stars and highly recommend other customers to not come here! My overall experience at this salon was a huge disappointment and the lady who did my hair was not gentle at all. I have really thin straight hair, and she felt the need to blowdry it for half an hour, yanking my hair up and down, even burning my scalp. I had bought a voucher for me and a friend to have a nice girls day. I had been told that this was the only place where I could do all three visits in ONE visit. I called to make an appointment and turns out that I can choose two but not all three. So we chose hair and mani/pedi. When we get to our appointments today, turns out we can't do both and can only choose ONE. In addition to that, the girl who had booked my appointment messed it up. Disappointment after disappointment. I decided to do the facial today (the third option) because at this point, I did not trust them with my hair. The person who did my facial is Elizbeth and she was horrible. She wasn't gentle, she got product up my nose and in my eye. I have an allergy and she didn't even know anything about the products that she uses. RED FLAG. She didn't even show any effort in checking the bottles. Only after about 2 minutes saying "oh i don't know what's in these products" did she pull out the bottles to show me. The ingredient list is ON THE BOTTLES. It's not that hard to check. She wasn't even thorough when taking off the mask. She didn't even take off all my makeup before the facial - I only had eyebrows filled in and eyeliner on. So when I came out I looked a hot mess. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I'm not even going to use the rest of this voucher. I work in customer service and the service I had here boils my blood. Went in to get a Bikini Wax and it's the worst waxing job I've ever had.On top of the excruciating pain, I still had hair left and it's not smooth at all, it felt like I shave with a razor. Also, my panties were stuck the the hair that was left because Kim did not remove the excess wax..Please stay away from Kim, she has no idea what she was doing.Going to the beach next week, so Ihave to go somewhere else for a redo!!!! The guy Michael was the WORST...he takes NO pride in his work...and when I came back to get it fixed he was RUDE and raising him voice to me!!!! My first visit to get a manicure was today at 2 pm. I had a hurrible experience. I should have stopped the lady after the first 5 mins but I am a kind of person who likes to give people a second chance. The lady who did my manicure her name was Elizabeth and she looked very stressed. I gently mentioned to her that it was painful and I was uncomfortable. She continued till my index finger started to bleed. Then she eased up a bit. Only then she realized she had done enough damage. This experience by far was the most horrible salon experience I ever had. I feel sorry for her clients, I feel sorry for her colleagues and feel sorry for herself. Loved it. I love the In style of how they have things set up. Wide seats. They shake the nail polish before applying it. Plus they have such a wide variety of color. I can get gel nails and they have the regular matching polish for your toes if you don't want gel. I'd call before coming in just so you'll know when they can get you in. As soon as my spouse and I walked in, we signed in & I started looking at colors & a guy that works there (maybe the owner) said "hmm just to let y'all know it's gonna be a wait 30-45 min" I said that's fine . We waited and finally got our pedicures, the young ladies that helped us were wonderful . Then when I told them I was ready for my full set the same guy says "oh no we don't have time for that, we take our last customer at 9" im like it's not 9 and I signed in with the services I needed .
