Super slow, butchered my nails. The lady did not know how to do coffin shape. Took over 1hour just to get the tips on poorly. Asked her to stop because she simply just could not do an even coffin shap...
Super slow, butchered my nails. The lady did not know how to do coffin shape. Took over 1hour just to get the tips on poorly. Asked her to stop because she simply just could not do an even coffin shape and still charged me 10$ for literally wasting my time with their incompetence.

In response to Rossana Ramsey, I was there that day – and there seems to be a few facts that you are missing from your story. You said you were going to be back in 10 minutes, when in reality you showed up 30 minutes later. Business is business, and they took a paying customer who was there (and please let me remind you that the customer that they took was a little girl getting her nails done). You showed no class when complaining in front of the girl and her mother. If you want respect then you need to give it. You were late.
I have been going to Elegant Nails for over 4 years and the service has been excellent. I will not go to any other salon for my Bio Gel nails. My only complaint is that they just can't seem to shape my nails as square as I like them. Not a big deal I do it myself.

I have been a customer for many years and they have done a decent job. But unfortunately they totally lack in customer service. Many times I had to wait even though I made an appointment. Today was unbelievable I was on time for my appointment but the manucurist was with a customer and since I forgot my eye glasses I asked her if I have time to go back home (10 min drive) to get them. She said yes so I left. To my surprise when I came back she was already taken care of another customer (a walk-in) and I had to wait 45 mins... I even complaint to them in a polite way but they keep saying '5 min'... and they were laughing about it... Why did I wait? I had no choice I had an engagement in the afternon and no time to look for another nail salon.
My advice to them... value your customers they are the ones that keep you in business specially the loyal ones like me...

I've been here for the last three years and I can't find a better place than here. The manager along with the workers are super nice here and they don't cheap out on what they do best. I've always gotten my gel nails done here and they always make sure that they are doing it to perfection! I wouldn't know why anyone else would go elsewhere.Also their pedicure is amazing. I get the best foot and leg massages and they have a lot of different types of nail polishes!!Would I recommend you to come ? Absolutely!!

Great job in removing Shellac without damaging nails - $$ wasn't overly expensive. Courteous and professional. They have a lot of repeat customers that come in from far .... Barrie !
