I've been going to Luna for my gel nails every 3 weeks for about 3 years now and would never go anywhere else! My nails have strengthened so much and they never chip or peel! Lovely people and always have a good laugh. Highly recommend this nail bar easily the best in the area xxx Read Less

This is usually my go too nail bar when I can get a slot as really popular! Never had any problems, people in there are lovely and really welcoming. I give 2 stars just because the recent set I got I got home and the nail polish had chipped at the top so I had to re paint them myself at home and then two days after I had got them done a nail fell off when walking down the stairs and then the day after that another 2 fell off one just by scratching my leg! I was very nervous going to a new nail place as the last couple of places had been a bad experience or the nails hadn't lasted long! NEVER GO HERE! If I could give no stars I would!!!! I just went to this spa today, unfortunately! At first I wanted a bio gel fill, one nail to be repaired and regular colour coat. She told me the total would be $35; I agreed and began. The lady seemed like she was in a rush, so I asked what time the store closed and realized I came close to closing. She said it was fine though, so I carried on. As she was filing my nails with the machine my nails kept burning and she kept going too close to my skin which in turn made my skin burn as well. When I would jump she would just stop for 2 secs and begin again. I was also told that maybe my skin is just sensitive, which is such bs seeing as I've gotten my nails done several times and never felt them burn. Carrying on, she told me to go wash my hands and then pick a colour. When I went to wash my hands the soap made it clear that she cut me many times. I decided I did not want to do anything else and just said I wont be doing a coat. When I went to pay, she told me it would still be 35, I asked why and she said that it is the same price with or without the coat. I was arguing stating that I did not want to continue because her coworker had already cut me. I tried to show her the cuts and all she said is "I don't see any blood." It may not be bleeding but it is burning and the cuts are clear as day which if she bothered to look and care for her customers she would have seen. I tried communicating with her and telling her it does not make sense to charge me the same price so she carried on to tell me she can call the police if I want. That is not how you treat costumers. People nowadays act as if you are not paying for services and are rather getting them for free. I will never be returning and everyone I know in the area will for sure hear about this. P.S. my nails are also all different shapes and curved funny, I had to keep correcting the lady and telling her to fix them. Which clearly did not work either. When I first started going to Coco Nail Spa for pedicures in the summer, the service was great and they genuinely cared for their clients and it seemed they cared about hygiene too. I returned for a UV Gel Nail application yesterday and to me the service was still more or less the same, where the people are welcoming and kind. But their tools dont seem to all be disinfected. The nail clipper they used to cut my nails looked like it had grease on it and like they use the same one for everyone. They also did not take care in sanding my nails down to prepare for the UV and ended up making my cuticles bleed (this has never happened to me before). Also, before applying the UV gel, they did not clean the surface, so all of the little bits that came off when they sanded it, are still under the gel on my nails right now. I guess its my fault for not watching while they were applying the gel, but I figured this is what they do, they should at least know how to do it right. When I complaind after about my cuticles bleeding, one associate called me a baby. And when I complained about the debris in my gel, they said thats how its supposed to be, and offered me no apology or compensation. For a $55 manicure, I definitely did not think i got what i payed for! Read Less
