Eyelash extensions only comment: Although the people who work are very nice they are not certified in doing eyelash extensions. The male owner tried to fix mine multiple times, after I kept coming back from them falling out/looking awful. The last time I didn’t bother going back as so many of my eyelashes had fallen out and I’m going to a certified person now. Read Less

She does an amazing job every time. feminine shape but super strong and I put them to the test every Time! Gorgeous job and I depend on her nail job! Never going back to this nail and spa place.  Horrible experience.  The girl that did my nails was not fluent in English.  After she filed my nails, she told me to walk to the sink to rinse my hands.  I have NEVER been been to another spa where I had to literally get up to do something.  I spoke to another lady (who I think is the owner) and I basically complained about it.  She says yes that's what we do and I gave her suggestion where they could have a bowl of water or something instead of having a customer walk to the sink to rinse their hands which makes no sense at all.   I was definitely NOT enjoying myself while getting the nails done.  Another issue arise when I had to put my hands in the UV OPI machine of theirs.  It wasn't working properly,  The lights were basically turning on and off and the girl that was helping me kept moving my hands trying to get the machine to turn back on which was indeed ANNOYING AS HELL.  After she put on the top coat, she made me put BOTH HANDS in that UV machine which is actually meant for ONE HAND. Oh one more thing, the girl only did two layers before putting on the top coat.  Other spa places did three.  The girls there were chatting in Mandarin probably assuming I wouldn't understand since I was only communicating in English.  The girl was asking if she should do 3 layers and the other lady looked at my nails and said no it looks fine, just put the top coat on and you're done. When you first walk in the friendly atmosphere is really appreciated. Then when you get your nails done you're amazed at the talent and the quality of the product. Not the best place out there but I would definitely return! I had an enjoyable experience. Owner was very nice and my technician, while not chatty, was also nice. I was a bit indecisive about what I wanted to do but they were very patient with me. I also had a toe nail that had been broken for a year now (and the doctor suggested removing it since it had been that long) but when they saw it, they patched it together for me ($3) and now it looks like it'll be able to grow back properly. I had to rush the drying process a bit since I had a very hungry friend waiting for me, and they were concerned about me damaging my nails since they weren't thoroughly dry yet (even though I said it was okay and it'd be my fault). They gave me paper sandals to wear in the car since I only had closed-toe heels with me, which was really thoughtful!But, if you are very particular about hygiene and don't like kids running around sometimes and eating food, I might look somewhere else. Otherwise, it's a nice casual place to get your nails done at a reasonable price. Read Less

I got no massage or cream in hands OR feet..and when I told them when they were finished..not only did they not apologize, but they argued to say.."We ALWAYS put cream." So now you're calling me an idiot for 'forgetting'? Fastest manicure predicure ever done in history, because girl took NO time to do my nails. She was on her cellphone HALF the time she was doing my nails. It's been 4 hours, and one nail has already chipped, with out any drastic bang or bump to the nail. Worst salon ever. Read Less

Terrible customer service!! Cheap price, bad quality. Shellac only last for 1 week, and they told you that at lease last for 3 weeks. Can't imagine only 1 week two finger comes off. Pedicure not really good, just can say I don't feel enjoy  at all. I don't want to give any stars and I definitely won't come back!! Read Less

Quality products and quality service. It is the only nail place that hasn't used products that damage my nails or harm my skin. The owner is also very kind and friendly. They are also very respectful and accommodating. The best part is they don't over charge. I'm a regular customer and I appreciate the quality of their products and service. While sitting the lady beside got a much better pedicure then I did for some reason ... Gave me a low end pedicure lady was not happy at all ... One-star review is unfair I think. Working in customer service myself I know that a lot of the time when we have upcoming appointments we have to turn away walk-ins because we know we'll have a booked appointment coming before the walk-in is done.I had never been to this salon before, came trekking down in heavy snow etc as a walk-in. The owner was alone in the shop because she had expected a slow day; I was the first customer apparently. Hadn't had a manicure in almost a year. This place does shellac for $28 which is a pretty good price. They have a gallery of past work on their Facebook page and so I pointed to one as an example. For a bit of extra work (marbling and a dash of glitter) it cost an extra $5 and you can immediately see why -- it was very meticulous work that the manicurist did.Owner is friendly, conversational etc during manicures. It's a nice quiet environment and clean.Not much else to say. I had a good experience. Read Less
