A few weeks ago I had a shellac pedicure with Chrystal. She was gentle and paid attention to detail. I booked with her again to have a pedi/mani today. As usual she did a lovely job. Kim is so welcoming and the salon is bright and clean. Of course Chrystal did a lovely job. So after having two good experiences at Unik Nails, I will be a regular customer.

Being New to London I was introduced to Unik Nails by a long time customer (over 17 years) and am very happy I was. The kind, caring, friendly staff is a real pleasure to be with while enjoying some YOU time & pampering. The price is right, the service is right! I recommend Kim and her team 5 out of 5.

Very friendly staff and very good price. However the quality was not so good. It was rushed to get my nails done because they want to be closed soon so my nails were not properly trimmed and cut... and the shellac was all over my fingers too... also didn't last very long... just after 6 days started to fall apart

Great place, was so relaxed while getting my manicure and pedicure except my feet are a little ticklish but that didn't stop her from doing an awesome job. Both male & female did a great job and they make you feel right at home. They didn't rush to get us out even when our apt went past their open hours. I would most definitely go back and have already recommended them to others.

Went to Unik for mani/pedis with my sister-in-law - very happy with our service. Great prices, clean environment, wide selection of colours/designs/glitter/etc. I got holographic powder on my nails and it looks awesome. We didn't feel rushed and they were very flexible and accommodating when I asked for an unscheduled waxing as well. The pedicure service was great and she was able to remove all of my thick callouses quickly and effectively, which other places haven't been able to do - my feet have never felt better! Will definitely be back :)

Great place, clean and welcoming environment. Very relaxed while getting my manicure and pedicure (my feet are a little ticklish) but that didn't stop her from doing an awesome job. I have been getting my nails done there for over 10yrs, love the service and friendly atmosphere. I always get compliments on my nails. You do need to make an appointment in order to avoid waiting.

I will never go back here again! The girl does a quick an awful job on nails... And the guy I went back to see if he does it better and my French manicure wore off within 12 hours. I went to get it fixed and they said I had they were too busy I'd have to come back the next day or the following day. So first I had to wait 40 minutes to get my nails done and now I have to go to a different place to get it fixed Very bad customer service

The guy who was in there was very friendly, talkative, and competent. When the girl went to finish my nails she was really rude, did a bad job on my nails and had to get her to fix a few of them then ...
The guy who was in there was very friendly, talkative, and competent. When the girl went to finish my nails she was really rude, did a bad job on my nails and had to get her to fix a few of them then she was irritated and got even more rude. Rolled her eyes and was all huffy, ridiculously bad attitude. I was trying out a new place and, In the end because of her I definitely won't be going back there ever.... She really needs a better disposition if she's going to be working with the public... Thumbs down - no complaints about the guy though...

Male did a full set of acrylics for me very well. The female worker there was doing the polish, finishing touches. Wish she never touched them. It was more her horrible attitude that made me never want to go back there... She was rude, pushy and it was obvious she must hate her job. Not even able to say she was having a bad day because after she was rude to me she was fine with someone else, actually not fine, fake. If I could give 0 stars I would have... Never going back, I'll give my $ to someone who knows what customer service means.....
